Wonderful experience! I hadn't heard much about this company before, but after doing research it looked like a great company to use - and it certainly was! Tim was my rep who worked with me the whole way and he was fantastic. Even when I made multiple changes to our order he was always prompt and delivered. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I worked with Leo from Branded Promo and he was very responsive and easy to work with. The quality of the product was much better that expected and I feel it was a great value! The stuffed goats are super soft and adorable and the sweatshirts on the goats even have our logo on the back. They were packaged and delivered carefully and promptly. It can be tricky to find the right match for branded merchandise, especially as a non-profit and Branded Promo was great to work with, quick to respond and answer our questions, and give us a great deal.

Community members love the bamboo sets and the logo branding looks great as well.

I had a great experience working with Rio, a dedicated account manager at Branded Promo! My original design for our custom neoprene collapsible can coolers for American Legion Brighton Post 80 was a bit too detailed to print, but Rio was upfront about it and incredibly helpful. We went back and forth a few times with suggestions until we got it just right. He was patient, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy. After placing the order, he confirmed payment right away, followed up about 10 days later with shipping details, and the order actually arrived well ahead of the estimated 7–10 day delivery window. The final product came out fantastic — great quality and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!
