It seems that UK-based team is totally unaware of the toxicity and rudeness, dishonest approaches.
All case is recorded with evidence and will be used aginast the defaulte.r
Utter dissapointment in such a name offering low salaries and then defending their stance by threats of defamation.

Relentless Unsolicited Spam Despite Clear Refusals
​Highly disappointing customer service and outreach practices. I have stated multiple times that I do not require their services, yet their team continuously disturbs me by cycling through different contact numbers, emails, and alias names. The low-quality approach, lack of market awareness, and aggressive tactics of this specific outreach unit are doing a massive disservice to the primary Brandix Soft brand. The main corporate management in the US needs to look into this rogue outreach behavior seriously. Stay away.

Doubled our search traffic in six months — and dropped Google Ads entirely.
Six months with Brandixsoft has transformed how new clients find my Leeds photography studio, and the numbers tell the story better than I can. Google Search clicks nearly doubled — from around 660 to almost 1,200. Impressions more than doubled, from 46k to 108k. Our average search position climbed several places up the results. In a crowded local market, that's the difference between being found and being invisible.
Here's what it's worth in real terms: I no longer spend a penny on Google Ads. I can see my competitors paying hand over fist for the top spots — I'm climbing there organically instead. The cost-benefit is a no-brainer.
Beyond the SEO and content, they optimised the site itself — including sorting out a homepage hero video I'd been wrestling with for ages. It sits and plays perfectly now.
But the numbers are only half of it. What makes Brandixsoft different is that it feels like a genuine partnership. They're hands-on and easily accessible, patient at explaining the SEO side in plain English, and every month we sit down together to review performance and set the actions for the month ahead. You always know exactly where you stand and what's coming next.
My honest advice: commit to the full six months. This is compounding work — it builds on itself, and that's when the results really start to show. Give them a try and you won't look back. A good investment in your domain and website. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel I have a responsibility to warn other business owners.

I worked with them for over nine months and, in my experience, it was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. During that time, I spent well over £12,000, yet instead of helping my business grow, I was left dealing with significant financial losses, wasted time, and an enormous amount of stress.

One of my biggest concerns was that the company presented itself as being UK-based, but I later discovered that the work was actually being carried out from India. Had this been made completely transparent from the beginning, I would have been able to make a properly informed decision.

The SEO service I received failed to deliver the results I was promised, despite the substantial monthly fees I was paying. When I eventually decided to end our working relationship, the experience became even more difficult. Instead of receiving professional support during the transition, I was left feeling that my business was being actively hindered rather than helped.

I also discovered software and website changes that I believe were not in my business’s best interests. From my perspective, these changes had a serious negative impact on my website and the way potential customers reached my business.

I’ve worked with overseas companies before and have had excellent experiences, so this review is not about where a company is based. It is about honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the quality of service provided.

If you are considering hiring this company to manage your website or SEO, I strongly encourage you to carry out extensive due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure you retain full control of your website, hosting, domain, analytics, and all associated accounts before signing any agreement.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise other business owners to look elsewhere.

I started using Brandix Soft within the last 4 months or so. I am a home inspector and need to get myself fully present in the home inspector market. The one I have been working with is Zammar Hassan. He is great. Whereas other companies I have worked with in the past have left me in the dark and I have no idea what I am paying for and what results I will get, Zammar is in tight communication with me explaining what is being done and coordinating with me. He is also showing me results as we go. This is not an overnight activity to capture the market and I am aware of this but with Brandix and particularly Zammar I feel I am on the right path and I am getting a lot more for my money than other companies I have tried and it is visible what is being done.
