Helpful service at pickup, the use of the tool was fully explained. The tool worked perfectly to allow me to complete the work. Easy return of the tool. No waiting or queuing.
Very convenient location of the hire shop on the edge of town outside traffic queues.

I went to Tonbridge to hire and the man was so helpful
Lots of useful information on the equipment I had hired,
And On my return helped out with information on future equipment I was very impressed with the service
I only thing is I can't recall is name

I hired a dehumidifier at very short notice to dry out damp patches that had appeared on my bedroom wall. The staff could not have been more helpful and gave me really good advice both about operating the machine to get the best out of it, but also additional things I could do to help.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others. 5 stars.

Hired a Brad nail gun, had a trigger fault. Took it back and Mac couldn't fix it but got his engineer to come and do it. He personally delivered it back to me. All good. These things happen. Top, top customer service. Thankyou. Mark

I went to Brandon hire today to get a 15 kg gas bottle , not only did they have gas but it is the cheapest price anywhere . The guy who served me was so helpful I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Paul

Very easy pick up and drop off.
Easy to extend rental at minimal cost.
Helped when device had an issue, provided replacement part to fix with no quibbles as to use of machine.

I have never rented the bigger equipment before but Matt at Tonbridge made the whole experience easy hassle free and was very professional. Will definitely use again and recommend. Top Job 👍🏻

Delivered on time, machine worked perfectly. Only niggle was thencollection time, which Brandon would not guarantee, and meant I had to stay in the next morning until the machine had been collected. I did expect a same day drop-off and collection. Maybe I was too optimistic?

Great customer service!
I had a mechanical problem with a wood chipper and couldn't do the job at the weekend. I made it worse by trying to sort it myself. The mechanic came to fix it on Monday and they are giving me an extra day's hire free of charge. I am very happy.

A really good service from Brandon, I would use them again. My only issue was that I hired a rotovator and the blades were badly worn (Brandon were aware of this, having had previous complaints). This resulted in me spending a lot more time than should have been neccessary. Maybe a discount/partial refund should have been offered?
