Tim was great throughout the experience - made sure I was fully aware of what was happening at every stage and created a space to ask any questions I may have had. Communication channels were great, Tim was available whenever I needed and everything ran smoothly. The process took much less time and was a lot easier than I had anticipated. Doing something like this for the first time is daunting but Tim made it feel like a breeze. Great experience, thank you! This was great from the start. I was given numbers to so u could WhatsApp cars I found. I was given helpful and honest advice. Nick was fantastic right from the start and even messaged after hours. When he was away I spoke with Indy and Matt. I felt like these guys were my friend the whole way through. They even helped me actually sell my car after I had messed about by a motorway experience. I had the best experience with these guys, helpful, honest, always in touch with how things are going. I’m going to miss speaking with them to be honest. I’m keeping them in my contacts for my next vehicle purchase.

BR are brilliant, I've been dealing with Alex for a while now and he's top notch! Super quick service and as always gets things done. Super happy absolutely awesome!
