BR Automotive Reviews

I came across BR and worked with Tim Patton specifically. He was exceptional from the very start, offering guidance and advice throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, provided reassurance when needed, and kept me updated at every stage. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process seamless.

He was extremely responsive, working with me in and out of hours, seven days a week. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Excellent from the very first day.
Tim Patton advised me on all the best ways to invest in a new car and how to safely go about it.
He initially found me an excellent finance agreement, much better than anything I had been offered previously by other companies.
My first contract with him was all out of normal working hours and he worked tirelessly to do his very best for me and my big commitment to the purchase of a 30K car! Very impressive.
Unfortunately the first car from a Toyota main dealership had a major malfunction on the first day and had to be returned.
Tim worked tirelessly to get my deposit and finance back and we eventually found a beautiful replacement from another reputable dealer that Tim throughly checked out.
My experience has been fantastic and Tim and BR automotive are no 1, extremely happy ❤️❤️💯💯👊🏻👊🏻

I carnt thank you enough Tim you were so patient with me when I changed my mind numerous times, and in the end found the most beautiful car 😍. Nice quick service with getting everything sorted and the advice was on point. 100% recommend you to others and I already have done.

Superb service from Tim at BR. Incredibly thorough, prompt and professional service. Highly recommend Tim, and BR Automotive to anyone looking to pursue finance via a broker. 10/10 service 👍🏻

I recently contacted BR to arrange the finance for my new car and was paired up with Matt, who is an absolute legend. From start to finish, the whole experience was faultless. Everything was handled quickly, professionally and without any delays.

Matt kept me updated every step of the way, was always on hand to answer any questions, and made what could have been a stressful process completely effortless. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he genuinely went above and beyond to get everything sorted.

I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. A genuinely down-to-earth guy who clearly cares about his customers. Massive thanks to Matt. He's a real credit to BR. Highly recommended.

Nick has been super in finding a package that suits me, works around the clock as well which is great for people like myself who work during the day

Top service from Alex, made my life so easy, sent the car i wanted and worked his magic. The next day the car was mine. Top quality!

BR were brilliant!

Nick was very patient and provided really helpful market insights and advice to ensure I found the right car & deal to fit my needs, getting something with strong residuals and capable of shifting my sport gear in something special.

Smashed it!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Matthew H when changing my car. He was incredibly professional, very timely in replying to my questions and when I swapped the vehicle a couple of times (they sold before I could see them). He also suggested I change the type of finance I took out, as it would be better for me.

I can highly recommend BR Automotive if you are looking for car finance.

Very impressed with the service from BR Automotive , everything regarding what they were offering me compared with other brokers . I felt very comfortable with how they handled me and what I was asking of them .

Nick at BR Automotive had came reccomended by a freind of mine who recently made a new vehicle purchase through these guys. I can not praise them enough, from start to finish I have had regular updates on progress and a smooth process all the way through. Highly recommended, will certainly be using these again for any future purchases. Thanks again for all your help. Excited to collect the new motor tomorrow 🙌

Tim made everything so easy to deal with! Great help and advise from the get go!
Never been so easy purchasing a vehicle he kept me updated from start to finish not once did I have to chase him! I will only use Tim at BR AUTOMOTIVE going forward for all my vehicle finance needs! Great service and what a gentleman to deal with!

This was my first time using a broker, and I dealt with Matt H from start to finish. I can honestly say the service was outstanding.

I’m a very picky buyer and spent a lot of time looking at different cars and asking plenty of questions, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Matt was always professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered every question promptly, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

I highly recommend both Matt and the company to anyone looking for their next vehicle. They provide a first-class service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Pleasure to deal with Nick. Started with a quick WhatsApp call, then a few links to cars sent and quotes received. Found the right car and the right finance from BR and then the process whilst dealing with the dealer and Nick was so simple and straightforward. Will definitely use again!
Thanks Nick!

Great experience throughout, Nick was really helpful & patient… nothing was a problem, have used BR twice for finance now and would highly reccomend to anyone. Quick & easy process & fantastic rates

Nick is amazing he happily did hundreds of quotes for me out of hours, days, evenings, weekends. When I found the car the finance was so easy nick handled everything even the dealer said it was the easiest experience he has said with outside funding

Nick is amazing, very efficient and professional. Top man.

Nick was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, any questions he answered them straight away (sometimes out-of-hours!) The whole process was slick, with very favourable rates. Would highly recommend. (I'm sometimes cynical of these posts, but I genuinely have no connection with BR Automotive, I'm just a very happy customer) Well done, Nick and team!

Good and knowledgable team. Matt helped me source finance, Tim provided some good insight to my options (business/personal) made the process simple and easy, thanks lads.
