Great browser, fast, private and has good customization. A lot of trackers have been blocked in a short amount of time!

Brave blocks all the adverts on YouTube for free and that's an unbeatable feature in my opinion. I'm so pleased to have found a browser that does that. I'll never go back to Chrome.

According to brave search, trump never pardoned "Jam 6th". Even after providong multiple arrlticle proving otherwise, "there is no information on mass pardons by donald trump"

total crap which supports only uphold in UK and uphold has become trash that means both Brave and uphold are trash bag just to sham people why would you have BAT token which cannot be credited to brave wallet what is the point of having a walet like this i love creators who create things without common sense use just braindead

Il serait parfait pour les utilisateurs lambda comme moi, mais personnellement, il a un grave défaut que je n'arrive pas à corriger : alors que ça a fonctionné des années, suite à une énième réinstallation de Windows et Brave, je ne peux plus me connecter à mon compte facebook ! Identifiants incorrects, m'affiche t'il ! Faux, puisque je peux me connecter avec Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opéra... J'ai tout essayé, rien à faire ! Donc, je l'ai viré, à regret, car je l'appréciais pour sa confidentialité.

Braves AI function by its own admission ships your searches to an AI company in the USA (info provided when asked by the AI itself.!) I was very disappointed to find this out as I had high hopes for them and installed as my main browser after duckduckgo.
On its OWN Brave forum users so they claimed were shocked to find the same AI data collecting system in their PRIVATE emails when using brave.(check their forum) You can check this out on their forum regarding AI. You can disable the AI function but it will toggles on unawares without warning every time you subsequently use their browsing system.
You may think you have privacy but you dont.
Similarly the limited search results depend on the programmers opinions (and 'directed' traffic') - not actual facts.

To be honest, Brave is a total fraud they have no shame first of all it is lying it has a adblocker first of all you will see ads on your homepage very very very often ads when you search like 3 or 4 results are ads its too much it also lyes it is more fast it is almost as same speed as chrome and to remove ads from brave search you have to buy premium so rude and disrespectful!

I would want to set 1 star out of spite. Seriously, you want to fall too? Set a premium crap in the brave search? That breaks the whole point of an ad free browser, it must be for everyone! Also it started to glitch nowadays, both on pc and mobile, and you want me to log on your site only, instead of reading reviews on playmarket, when I clearly stated I don't want to log in here. Maybe I should set less starts than 3 actually.
I despise premium crap with my whole heart.
Also you blocked your coins in specific countries, I didn't like that either.

I don't use Brave for surfing, but only as a "player" for four streaming services and have switched off everything that can be switched off.
It works very well and smart and is not annoying, I like it.
Fortunately, I have no idea about this BAT thing that is written about here and I never want to know. :-)

Very nice browser to watch YouTube without irritating advertisements. say good bye to ads.

Its a alternative to the more popular browsers if your wanting a kind of sort of privacy focused browser. I have a lot of questions as to its model pertaining to token scheme and questionable ad replacements. As well as its venture into search. Its a little difficult to decide if Brave is trustworthy or not. Personally I think it has its own set of annoyances and gimmicks.

Brave is better than google because:

1) No / Little amounts of ads are available on brave while google has lots and loads of ads!

2) The '3 times faster than Google' bit is true! Why? Well, here are the reasons:
-Ads and trackers slow down connections. With Brave not accepting them, there is a faster connection. Who thought of that I wonder?
- You can trust brave.com because Brave is also the name of an antivirus software, the one who built Brave bowser.

3) Close details are the key for someone piky on there looks.

In Google, you can't do that!
However, in Brave, you can do that!

4) Finally, Brave shields are the main protection against hackers and trackers. You can turn this off any time.
If you have an anti-tracker (like bitdefender anti-tracker) this will not be a feature!!!

Satisfait un temps.... et puis maintenant c'est nimporte quoi! j'ai choisi ce browser en partie pour la monetisation des publicité et le fait d'être rémunéré en BAT grâce a ça... et puis finalement il y'a 1 an sans explication mon compte a été "estimé" à risque et les rewards ne me sont plus payé jusqu'à "enquête", ça fait 1 an, de multiple demande d'assistance sans réponse... j'avais aussi un compte youtube lié au brave creator pour toucher des tip... bim aujourd'hui la aussi je suis maintenant "suspect" et mes rewards sont bloquée.... bon pas grave! Adieu Brave je désinstalle tout et me barre voir d'autre horizon, j'en profite aussi pour transformer tous mes BAT en autre chose!

It took down an entire network of PC's, so is dangerous and very bad in this modern world of web based life. I am NOT intereste in what excuse is offered, as the damage was done, period. It will remove entire Microsoft suites if you uninstall it. I lost an entire Microsoft Office suite on uninstalling this browser, and it takes over your email client, AFTER you tell it NOT to. Severe and dangerous in every respect, and as too privacy, if you believe this, you are as dangerous to the world as the people who are behind this dangerous encoded pile of rubbish. I had to reinstall an entire network of PC's to fix what this browser did to the OS. Seriously, the encoders that made this browser, go back to basic scripting school and the drawing board.

A browser that is privacy orientated, I see no ads, it claims to block trackers, it can be set to delete history and cookies on exit. Chrome extensions are available some of them exactly the same as Firefox ones. And did I say it is lightning fast?
I switched to this from Waterfox, quite sluggish by comparison. It often took 2 attempts to log in to sites with saved passwords, other problems too.
Look at the 1 star reviews, all from losers whingeing about rewards and BATS. Get a life, who cares! I installed it as a good browser, not for things like that.
I would give it 5 stars but dropped one as there is no customisation of the menu bar, I dislike scrolling all the way to the top left corner for the Back button.

Brave browser is just plain rubbish & the creators know it. The Brave browser creators didnt even bother to claim their profile here, look upper right corner on this page. For whatever reason they created this crappy, memory hog, stalking you, insecure browser, i wish it would just be discontinued to save the planet from excessive pollution. Like somebody mentioned, Brave was invented probably to promote Bat & some how steal the rewards from the people who earned Bat. Or somehow manipulate the price of Bat to Braves advantage.

Save yourself time, grey hairs, hassle, frustration, etc. & stay on your current browser.

I downloaded Brave a year ago and I have been using it for everything on both my phone and desktop. I earned around 12 (V)BAT and stored them on an unverified wallet.

Brave decided to sunset vBAT meaning that all my BAT will be gone. I also do not have the option to verify and receive my BAT because Gemini and Uphold are both not supported in my country. This is fraud because I have already earned those BAT that I will be forced to donate away.

It is also worth noting that Uphold and Gemini both supported my region a few months ago, but they suddenly left my region and this is when Brave decides to make this stupid move.

This is the only browser I've used that android didn't inactivate. Browser doesn't do a perfect job but a good one at warding off web stalkers. I feel comfortable using brave. I don't do the BAT thing.
