After 18years in pawn all over the country -I have used EVERY pawn software - Compupawn- Pawnmaster- BRAVO is by far the fastest, easiest, safest option I have found. Support is amazing and fast and knowledgeable. Always there for us and BRAVO is for pawnbrokers and our industy! They have my unwavering support!

Revolutionary Pawn Software
In my 10 years of running my family pawnshop business, Bravo Pawn Software, has been the most revolutionary change I have yet to see. Bravo's system is exactly what we needed to operate more efficiently. The usability of Bravo for my staff is great, along with the integrations made with e-comm, credit card readers, and MobilePawn. The updates they create keep us relevant in a world that is constantly changing.

We have been using Bravo for our 5 location chain for a few years now.
In terms of functionality and ease of use for our staff - I give the software a 5 star rating. We have no complaints.
In terms of speed and quality of service requests - I give 5 stars also.We always receive same day service and they stay on the issue until it is resolved to our satisfaction.

Bravo’s pawn system makes it fun to write loans.
We are six months into switching over to Bravo from a pawn system we had been using for 30 years. I told Bravo’s conversion team that I am more worried about Switching pawn software programs than looting and COVID. Fast forward to today and our conversion went smoothly. When we did run into minor issues Bravos technical team was able to handle it quickly. Bravo’s pawn system makes it fun to write loans.

Running a pawnshop is not easy
Running a pawnshop is not easy, but using Bravo as our pawn platform makes it much easier! Bravo has made our life virtually trouble free. We can see our system from anywhere in the world and know how smoothly it is working and what is going on in any store we own.
The service is consistently good and quick.
We love the Reporting and Ad Hoc features as they help us align our business goals daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Recommending Bravo to others is a no brainer because we love it for our business!

Bravo Pawn Platform for 6+ years, 100% Happy
My company has been using Bravo Systems for 6 years now. We have been very happy with the software, in every aspect from ATF audits, to Pawn Loan Tracking, or even our Company Branded Website for selling items.
Never 1 outage or downtime. Bravo support is always quick to reply with a solution when in need.
If we didn't have Bravo Systems, my life would be a nightmare trying to manage our fast growing company, keeping track of the books, inventory, employee hours, etc.....
Bravo has worked with us on scaling our company, and has been there in times of need.
