DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND! The manufacturer is in China, and the quality and customer service is horrible! I purchased a tea kettle on sale for $40 (original price was almost $80). It took almost 2 weeks to arrive and then the quality was so cheap, like tin, and the handle was loose. There is no phone # to call for customer service, only a form on their website and an email address. I filled out the form and emailed them describing the issue and got an auto-reply that I'd get a response w/i 48 hours. The next email I got was a cryptic "This case is closed." Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge with Amex, who will deal with them from this point onward. But save yourself the hassle and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Do NOT waste your money on the FitPro product. Battery life is very poor - lasts only 2-3 days. The clock does not keep proper time, it loses a couple minutes a day. Returns policy ridiculous - must ship back to Hong Kong at your cost and hope they find it acceptable!

This company is a scam stay AWAY!!! Never got my package and they have my money...........China

Do not trust this site. Product sizing is wrong and cheap in quality. They will not send return instructions. Scam.

DO NOT ORDER! Awful products - -I ordered an extra large pants and the legs were ok but the waste must have been a small or even extra small.

Company is Hong Kong therefore returns are TOTALLY aweful!

I ordered a pair of slippers. What arrived was of inferior quality and way overpriced. They sent me two pairs when I only ordered one. I emailed to get instructions on how to return. First, they wanted pictures. Then, I was offered a 15% refund. I could return the slippers, but only if I shipped them to Hong Kong. I took the refund and did receive it. Avoid this company!

Horrible company that deliberately misleads consumers. They use the "free shipping in the United States" clause to hook potential buyers. If you want to return an item, you have to pay for shipping. And you're shipping to Hong Kong. I purchased a defective external hard drive for $60. The return shipping cost to Hong Kong was $60.80. Complete and total waste of money. I urge everybody to stay away from Brayden and Lane. Don't order anything from them unless you want to lose your money. I threw their useless hard drive in the trash
