The Best!

Sarah was great and extremely helpful! We tried a couple stores after while shopping around and we couldn’t get out of them fast enough. The service is unparalleled and the selection is broad enough to find something for everyone!

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned and replated, which they did in less than 10 minutes, and to get info about the design process for resetting my stones one day. They did a good job at providing info and not being sales-y, and then followed up with answers to some design questions via text later.

Buchroeder's is a wonderful business…

Buchroeder's is a wonderful business that offer great items at reasonable prices. They staff are very helpful and will help you get the right piece for you or your loved one. Feels like buying from a friend and not a pushy salesperson.

We were sold a damaged ring

We were sold a damaged ring with soldering cracks in it from you. We took it back to you to show you the cracks and you said they were supposed to be there. The ring inevitably broke and you did nothing to fix it.

New Wedding Band for Our 10 Year Anniversary

Our experience with Buchroeder's has been great! My husband picked out an amazing diamond for our 10 year wedding anniversary and the team at Buchroeder's was patient and extremely helpful. We won't be going anywhere else in the future.

“Upgrading” policy is the BEST and cannot be found elsewhere

The team at Buchroeder’s is amazing. We have been working with Buchroeder’s for 18 years and they deliver quality service every time. And We don’t live anywhere near Columbia. Their “upgrading” policy is simply the best, and not found anywhere else. Given the opportunity, I would not shop for jewelry anywhere else.

I had an overall great experience. Sara was great to work with and the service from everyone we talked to was excellent. I would definitely recommend Buchroeder's for the best shopping experience.

Honest

Honest, kind, friendly, fast. Work was done before expected And I was only recommended to use services I immediately needed, so I didn’t feel pressured. Thank you! Drink selection was nice as well
