Adam help us perfectly
Thank you very much to Adam who handle our visa. He even stay on at midnight to find our appointment schedule slot.
Our documents were well prepared and we get our visa within 4days.

I normally don't write reviews, but I have decided to do it because of the good service that I have received from breakoutholidays. They were always available for any questions that I had regarding the visa application and they made sure that I had all the right documents. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and I encourage everyone to contact them for visa applications.

I usually apply visas personally but this time I was in a rush so had reached out this agency to avoid the hassle of looking for France appointment. Based on my requirement, Adam assisted me a in securing an appointment and also helped me a great deal to prepare the documents before the appointment. I got a 6 month visa in just over a week. Professional and helpful, I will recommend their visa service.

Adam was very helpful and assisted me to apply for my schengen visa. I couldn't be more grateful.

They were very helpful during the process.
Helped me understand all documents that were needed.

I managed to get an appointment myself on the day I paid them, did not ask for any other services but the appointment and still got it before they could and they refused to pay me back the money , after extensive back and forth I managed to get half the money hence ended up donating this fraudelant company 45 pounds, Thank you for nothing. Oh before i forget for the 45 pounds they did not pay me back they said they would give me advice regarding visa and cover letters etc but I cant even get a hold of them anymore

This was my first experience with Breakout Holidays, and I am absolutely delighted with their service. I successfully received my visa for 30 days with multiple entry. The team is exceptionally professional, efficient, and reliable. I would never hesitate to use their services again. highly recommended!

Horrible Service leading wrong informations just trying to make money horrible

My experience with them was outstanding. They guided me through every step with patience and professionalism.

The documentation was clear, the process was smooth, and I felt fully supported the entire time.my visa was approved without any hassle. Highly recommended.

I would give five stars to the team for their work. Their documentation is really strong. I got rejection before, but they helped me again with my France visa, and today I finally got it

I had an awful experience with Breakout Holidays. They use fake English names to appear legitimate, but the service is anything but professional. They completely mishandled my visa documents, which caused me to go with missing paperwork — something that could have been easily avoided if they had done their job properly.

The cover letter they wrote was so poorly done that even the clerk at the visa center advised me not to apply with it. When I went back to them to ask for help, they were rude and dismissive, even telling me to “behave.” Their chat representative kept calling me mate — completely unprofessional language for a supposed travel agency.

To make things worse, they even belittled the concert I was trying to attend, saying it was “useless.” They wasted my time and money, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them.

Amazing agency, very professional and quick in responding, knowledgeable staff - if they are handling your application, you can sit back and relax.

They were just good from the onset i made contact, all docs were prepared by them and as it was my first time. Lots of questions i asked and they will respond promptly

I do recommend this company
