Xero integration with BreatheHR didn’t work. Turns out BreatheHR says they will respond within 24hrs on their ‘online’ (bot) chat. Waited all day but no reply. Our staff have no payslips and won’t have until next week because pay day is Friday. No way of contacting BreatheHR at all other than the bot. Incredibly frustrating and terrible customer service!

Everything is explained and if you have a more difficult question their chat bot is helpful, otherwise their staff are excellent. They always check to ensure that you have sorted out any problems and quickly. I would certainly recommend them to small/medium sized businesses.

When I joined the company as a contractor, I was initially unfamiliar with Breathe, the system they employed. It became clear that they were only tapping into about 10% of its full capabilities. I was tasked with optimizing its use and exploring its features. While setting up the system was relatively simple, I needed assistance from the Breathe team for specific functions, like the rota. Samantha F., our account manager, was exceptional in her expertise, responsiveness, and her overall approach, whether through email or Teams calls. Sam made everything easy to grasp and enabled our business to fully leverage this valuable tool.

It has been getting worse every year trying to speak with a human. We don't all want to chat with a AI bot. They don't display a phone number, and site says you can't speak to a human. Very poor for a HR company, and extremely ironic.

Doing time logs a pain. Long winded and time consuming. I will recommend this product based on this. So badly laid out. We gave feedback about it and they did NOTHING about it.

It's got a great UI, and is easy to navigate for employees and employers.
We didn't use all of the functionality but day to day it was brilliant for:
- Annual leave tracking
- Storing employee information
- Ensuring training was completed where needed

Coming into a business as a contractor, I had no experience with Breathe, which they used. I soon came to see they were not using it to its full potential as utilising about 10% its capability. I was given the green light to improve the way it was used and learn the various functions. Although the system is straightforward to set up, I needed some guidance from the team at Breathe on certain specific areas, such as the rota. Samantha F. was our account manager, and I couldn't have been happier with her level of knowledge, responsiveness and general approach, either via email or Teams calls.
Sam made it easy to understand and helped us as a business get the most out of a valuable product.

The platform seems user friendly with clear design.
Has a very good bot that answers many questions
However after asking a number of questions to understand some elements I thought it would be nice to have a call from the to see how I’m getting on and if I need any help to finish onboarding.
A Previous platform we used had a full team to help with onboarding and made sure the system was live within days. It’s been 3 weeks and its still not 100% right
Pricing is very good especially for smaller teams
