Truly amazing. We had really great service from Sophie and the team, buying a house is not easy at the best of times and when you have a partys in a chain that seem to be inept or just plain working against you, however Sophie was the only one who seemed to be pushing alone the process and with out her I am 100% certain we would not be sitting in our new home right now.

Cheers for all the hard work and if I ever move agen I need you handling it.

It's easier. It's cheaper. It's quicker. Why would you go elsewhere when buying or selling your home? Mohammed was great but the whole way it worked was refreshing with an online portal to see all your documents. When I next buy/sell, Brevis will be my first port of call.

I used the services of Brevis for my recent house buy. Any time I had to call, they were polite, courteous and professional and made sure my query was dealt with effectively. My account manager Sophie Humfrey was exceptionally helpful and professional from the outset. We had a number of frustrations along the way relating to the Vendors and their solictor, but Sophie dealt brilliantly with it all. Ultimately on the completion day when there was a large issue, she went above and beyond to ensure it was all sorted properly. Couldn’t be happier with the whole service and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Brevis represented us for a recent house purchase. As first time buyers, we were anxious and uncertain about the process. Brevis (specifically Sophie) were excellent, going above and beyond to carry out searches and inquiries in a timely manner, and even included summaries about what the documents contained.

We felt comfortable contacting the team with extra questions regarding the purchase of the house, and for advice. Brevis were concise, understanding, and thorough when corresponding with the sellers solicitor and the estate agent.

We felt that Brevis made us their top priority, and overall made the process easy.

I used Brevis because they were an online company as I lived a fair distance from the home I was selling someone had told me about online solicitors so I thought I would try it. Brevis was the one that stuck out at me and I do not regret a thing they were amazing all along the way and Mohammed who we mainly dealt with was very helpful and understanding. It is the first time we have sold a house so was not sure what to expect and when the first sale fell through we decided to go to auction and once again they dealt with this great. Gave sound advice and help. I would certainly reccomend using them.

We found the services of Brevis very helpful in our understanding of the whole sale process. The service was very professional and were very quick to respond to any questions. The sign up process was very easy.
Our Account Manager (Aiken) was fantastic. If there was ever an issue or query he didn't have an immediate answer to, he would let us know without delay and keep us posted as soon as he had answers. We never had to chase him up for answers. We felt like he genuinely cared about our personal needs; that he was on our side, working for our good benefit. In fact, we felt like he even exceeded your expectations! We had a few issues after the sale that Aiken dealt with at NO EXTRA COST. Now, that is certainly a rarity with solicitors, who are known to extract an additional charge just for replying to an email, let alone dealing with additional issues, after the sale was completed.
I would therefore recommend Brevis to friends and family, without any hesitation.

We recently used Brevis as our solicitors for a house purchase and they were fantastic throughout. This is my second time buying a house and had a very bad experience with solicitors previously so I can say with confidence that Brevis offer a great service at a good price. I was hesitant when looking as I noticed they were newer than other companies but do not let that stop you using them as they are experienced professionals. Brevis were promt with everything they did and It resulted in a smooth process. The stand out for me was that Sophie was always a phone call or email away and took the time to talk through with us anything that we didn’t understand. The online portal also made the process easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brevis again in the future.

A truly excellent service and I’m notoriously difficult to appease - I sold two property’s last year and the biggest stumbling block was poor response from the conveyance team - not so here - Chirag was available out of office standard times and emails were sent and replied to in a extremely swift fashion - do not hesitate to use this team as they are just very good at what they do.

The online portal was really easy to use and found it really useful to check which stage we were up to in our purchase. Communication was always great whether through phone or email, we always had a quick response and everything was always broken down in a way we would understand.
