Superior Quality
Accidentally ordered the wrong bag. Contacted them and returned it and the expedited getting me the correct bag. This is the third Brew Bag I have bought for various systems. Quality second to none! I love these bags!

We were so impressed that right after ordering our custom brew bag, a design specialist called us personally! They took the time to help us make tiny adjustments to the dimensions and add extra elements to ensure our bag was absolutely perfect. Such wonderful attention to detail!

Fits basket of Mash & Boil perfectly
I ordered this item for the basket of my Mash & Boil to better filter when mashing and sparging grains. The bag fits perfectly in the basket, and there less grain material in the wort.

I ordered the wrong product due to my own ignorance. I was contacted the same day to verify I indeed wanted that particular product. The service department went into detail about size, mesh, and what was needed to make sure I was getting the product I needed. My original purchase was “Way Off”!!!

Love it
Love it! This bag is awesome. It increases the capacity of my system over the manufactures' grain basket and it filters the grain bed like a champ! I'm very impressed with the quality of my brew bag. Thanks!

Release is poor, but rachet is awesome!
A 60 to 90 lb dog places to much weight on the release mechanism. You are forced to use pliers to release the mechanism. Plus, the instructions had no diagram or link to a video to show how the unit works. I had to do this by trial and error with weights. Rachet was awesome, though.

Within hours of requesting custom bags I received call to confirm the size and style I needed. So accommodating and informative about what Brew Bag could offer. I received the items quickly even though it was holiday season and they are great so I am ordering more in different sizes!

Website was easy to navigate. I was able to order a custom brew bag sized for my brew kettle. After payment, my bag was made to order and shipped within a few days.
