Absolutely fantastic customer service. I’ve now had 2 bespoke models made by Bricks in a Bag, the building I work at and also South Shields First Cloud Arena.
I was kept fully up to date on what was happening and was blown away by the details that were in the models. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

They delivered the set faster than expected and added an extra piece celebrating the clubs recent cup win. Son loved putting this together.

This was a gift, it was a bit if a challenge but well worth it. The details were amazing, very cleverly put together.
The Carabao cup winners version 2025 sits pride of place alongside our match tickets. Would definitely use them again. I'm sure ant football supporter would love these, no matter what team they support.

I requested Huddersfield Town's ground which i thought would be a long shot but i was shocked when i was told that wouldn't be a problem. Brilliant service, I can't recommend them enough. Kept me upto date with every step

Superb experience from start to finish - requested a custom build, was designed and sent by the B.I.A.B team, stadium looks great, enjoyed putting it together, personal touch from the Owner is very welcomed, Pete responded to correspondence promptly and was a pleasure to work with.

This is my fourth set from Bricks in a Bag. Love the attention to detail that goes into them. Nice packaging and clear instructions. I even received an updated 'Winners' plate free of charge! Just treat yourself to one (or a few).

I’ve ordered from Bricks in a Bag three times now, and both times have been an absolute pleasure. Their delivery is quick, their customer service is top-notch, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

I recently bought their limited edition St James’ Park stadium, and not only is it an amazing piece, but they also went the extra mile by sending a personalised winner from the Carboo Cup—such a thoughtful touch! It’s rare to find a small independent business that puts this much effort into making their customers feel valued.

Highly recommend to any LEGO or football fan looking for unique builds and excellent service. Will definitely be buying again!

I can't rate them high enough.Purchased the Emirates for my daughter at Christmas and she loved it.
As an AWFC fan she asked me if they could do Meadow Park,AWFCs second home,a couple of emails later it was sorted.The communication was first class and had a real personal feel to the whole experience.The model itself was absolutely perfect.
I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Not only is the business a great idea but it clearly is being run by people who care about what they do. I purchased a limited edition St James Park prior to the Carabao Cup final, which I think I heard somewhere that Newcastle won!!!!
It was well presented in its delivery packaging, delivered when promised and as a present for my daughter was perfect.
Go forward a few weeks and I was overwhelmed by the extra mile when a hand written card was delivered containing a new plaque for my stadium which stated 'Carabao Cup Winners 2025'. I can't express what this well thought simple gesture meant. In a day and age of online selling, it is this type of exceptional out of the box (or maybe the bag) thinking that sets a company and its people apart from the crowd.

Received Easter Road as a present and I am blown away, its so accurate even including the ticket office next to the main stand! Easy to follow instructions and it takes pride of place in my home office!
Normally teams like Hibs aren't included so to be able to get a bespoke replica is just awesome!!!
