First time using this company, product is very good, a few breakages but that is to be expected as the corners are very fragile. Pallet delivery is secure and good. Customer Service was amazing and I cannot thank the company enough for their time and effort helping me. Amazing company.

Used these guys a few times now. The brick slips always arrive well packaged, on time and good quality.

After placing my order, (and to be clear, they had both my email address and telephone numbers) I received NO notification a week on, as to when these would be delivered and had to chase this up by phone. By the time they were delivered, I had lost the slot for my tradesmen and had to wait another week for them to return. On return, many of the brick slip corners were damaged, at least 10% of the corners (which we photographed and sent in an email to Brick slips, asking for them to replace them) We received a very curt message saying as it was outside of the seven day period and less than 10% of the order, they would not be prepared to do anything about it. Obviously, the corner Brick slips make up only a small percentage of the order and are more vulnerable to breakage, especially as they were packed on the corner of the crate, and in this case there were more than 10% of the corner brick slips broken. Very petty and a poor policy

The brickslips we ordered were fine and all arrived unbroken. Having never installed these before, we were on a learning curve, but the adhesive stayed pliable plenty long enough for us to get used to placing them. However, our entire experience was let down by the mortar gun which we also purchased with the slips. It was terrible...terrible. There was no scoop supplied with the gun, so we had to (very messily) try to load the tube with mortar. As we were working in full sun, we tried to make a slightly wetter mix, but this was a disaster. The mortar oozed out of the ratchet end. We tried making a stiffer mix (despite the sunshine) but it still did the same (despite tightening the nut). It made the job twice as long, and was infuriating. The ratchet also started to slide, but WD40 cured it. We ended up doing the last of it with a pointing trowel! The tube of the gun needs to be a screw-on type so that the mortar cannot escape. We also couldn't use the fine point tip for filling in as the gun wouldn't push the mortar through the tip - again without oozing backwards. This experience soured the product for us completely, and we threw the gun away.
The mortar supplied with the slips dried a perfect time to allow us to finish pointing and brush off excess.

The bricks themselves and delivery was fine, I’m just disappointed and can’t believe how much it costs for a delivery.

This company was recommended to me and I won't hesitate but to recommend them further. (I only used their online service so I can not comment or review on their customer service.)

I found their ordering process was simple and easy and the delivery was timely. Well done.

Be aware, nice end product however we ordered a few samples (£5 + VAT delivery per sample board) which only one £5 was taken off the order when placed).
Items arrived on pallet due to bags of grout & cement are fairly heavy, but 1/4 of the corner slips were broken inside the box. The ends are very fragile.
On obtaining replacement slips, now in bubble wrap. 3 out of 5 were again broken.
Lost interest in this product and company, managed to secure a refund for only 3 slips, not the best customer service. What about the damaged ones they were replacing?
On the plus, cement is quick setting and strong. End product (fitted broken slips) look okay. Yet to use the grout.

Great items, absolutely recommend Brick Slips. We refurbished an old fireplace and it looks fantastic and looks like it’s part of the original house.

Purchase the Camden brick slips to revamp a fireplace. They created the look much better than I was expecting. The brick slips were easy to install although the pointing with the mortar gun was took a bit of practice. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. The only problem I had was I broke a couple of corner slips so I was one short. To order a replacement required a £45 delivery fee so I used super glue to repair the slip which worked perfectly

I've been using brick slips for many years. They always deliver to my door on time and with the correct order. I've used brick slips on all my garden walls. I also covered some breeze block steps with brick slips 3 years ago, they've been walked on daily and are still looking great.
