My Formula One Red Bull lego set arrived in just days, well packaged, with great communication about delivery. Website was easy to use, and price was very competitive. Excellent customer service.

In the beginning I didn't know this site was legit, once they contacted me with my concerns, I have been ordering from them since, highly recommend them, my orders arriving so super fast even though I'm in the far north, the gift vouchers work to, this brick store is far better then other brick stores.I had my doubts , since found out they are exceptional with their service.highly highly recommend from a KIWI in the Far Northfar.

Another great set from Brick Store, great pricing. Quick delivery. No hassles. My favourite Lego store in NZ.

I emailed requested a change of address before sets were shipped. Got a reply saging that the "address had been charged". When the parcel hadn't arrived I email Brick Store multiple times even via website asking what address had the sets been sent to but? NO reply!!
I had to ring courier company to help track it down and they're currently working on it.
First and last time shopping here.

Had been looking for the set of Lego I purchased on other sites and was very pleased to find it in the Brick Store. Easy firm to deal with and the price was the cheapest. Delivered within the week to rural South Island. Will certainly recommend this company and purchase from them again.

They emailed me to advise that unfortunately my order had not been sent through the warehouse. They sent it immediately and sent it out overnight to rural address. Over and above my expectations and will definitely use them again. My grandson will love his Duplo.

Received the wrong set, Landrover Defender ordered and on all the paperwork, Space Shuttle delivered. Emailed straight back, no reply, iMessaged using number Brick Store supplies on Afterpay orders, message delivered and read within minutes but still no reply, not even a courtesy response. Truly abysmal customer service attitude.

Received a set as a birthday gift from this company. Unfortunately was a double up gift and requested to exchange it with a different set. Was told in an email returns weren't accepted. Would understand if it was a change of mind return however definitely need a return or gift exchange policy. Will no be purchasing anything from here
