I ordered a Biscotto di Casapulla from BricoPizz. According to the shop/tracking information, the package was marked as delivered, but I never received it.

I checked around the house and also asked my neighbors, but there is no package. I have already contacted the seller and asked them to check the delivery with the shipping provider.

So far there has been no resolution, which is why I had to open a case with PayPal.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the high shipping costs within Europe. I hope the issue will still be resolved.

Rake order and miney, cancel order and do not refund.

Ordered a 49cm biscotto Stone on 27/08 and it arrived on 5/09. From Italy to Belgium in about one week. The stone had good protection inside the box aswell on the outside.
It was worth the wait!
When i need a second, i know where i will order!
First i was a little sceptic, due to all the comments here. But my experience was great

They don't like to give out much information, but I got the order very fast.
At the time of the order I got an automatic confirmation, then there was a week of silence and suddenly I got another e-mail that the order is shipped.
I got the biscotto very fast in a tight and secure packaging. I recommend the shop.

Ordered on 27th of June.
Shipped on 4th of July,
Received on 8th of July.

Pensavo fosse una truffa perché l’assistenza clienti non rispondeva e la spedizione era in ritardo.
E invece è arrivato e sono molto soddisfatto del biscotto

Habe sogar zweimal bestellt und jedesmal war es ohne Probleme gelaufen.

Peccato non avere usato paypal. Ordinato un biscotto il 2 maggio. Il 9 maggio, alle 2.07 di notte, ricevo una mail - in un italiano discutibile - dove mi invitano, a ragione, a comunicare il civico della spedizione.
Rispondo che é dal 2 maggio, giorno in cui mi sono accorto dell’errore, che cerco di contattarli via telefono (a quel 351 non risponde nessuno) e tramite mail.
Comunque, scrivo l’indirizzo corretto e da allora sono spariti.
NON LO CONSIGLIO.
Ora vedo come bloccare il pagamento.

Buonasera,
non capisco dopo varie segnalazioni fatte dagli acquirenti come possa ancora essere online questo sito, ha anche il numero whatsapp che non risponde. Ma la polizia postale perché non interviene? Ho ordinato un biscotto per il forno pizza ed avendo pagato con una carta ricaricabile non sono nemmeno tutelato

ordinato biscotto mai arrivato,nessuna risposta alle mie mail. fortunatamente ho pagato con PayPal e sono stato rimborsato immediatamente

dopo un mese non ho ricevuto il biscotto per pizza non rispondono su whatsapp non rispondono email non rispondono chiamate uno schifo

Ordinato biscotto per forno a dicembre e nn ho ricevuto niente.
Non rispondono a mail e alla chat.
Mi sa tanto che anch'io ho preso una fregatura

due mail senza risposta e dopo 15 giorni avvisano che non hanno la merce ordinata in magazzino…..

Puntuali nella spedizione, Ottimo imballaggio e pietra di qualità. Viene fornita inoltre con documento di test di laboratorio per l'utilizzo ad uso alimentare. Fornito anche il foglietto per la preparazione alle varie temperature per il primo utilizzo della pietra. Hanno sempre risposto ai messaggi via whatsapp. Consigliatissimi. Grazie.

No response on email or whatsapp. Looked like a scam… but one month after the order the item arrived.

Scam!!! Ordered pizza stone 40 days ago. No stone, no response to emails, WhatsApp nothing. Stay away!!!!

This company is a scam.
They took my money, but that was the last I heard from them and they denied every attempt to communicate thereafter.

Luckily PayPal got involved and I got my money refunded. I really should refer them to the Italian online fraud authorities.

Update January 2025.
The company just tried, 15 months later, to have my review taken down saying it was defamatory.
Maybe if they had responded to a single one my emails, messages, online support request forms or telephone attempts over many months they could have some point.
To repeat, this company takes your money and that's the last you'll hear until they try to silence your factual review of this.

Per 2 volte ho acquistato su BRICO PIZZA e per due volte L esperienza è stata da dimenticare . Merce mai partita e mai arrivata ma la cosa più inaccettabile e che non ti rispondono ai messaggi . Non è ammissibile vendere prodotti che non si hanno in magazzino . 10 giorni di attesa per non ricevere nulla.
