Absolute garbage for a premium price. I'm surprised to find another review on them gave them a '2'. If I could I'd go negative.

Text below is what I sent back to the company:
By way of feedback – just received this order and we are massively disappointed. But we are glad there is plenty of time for Christmas so we have the opportunity to buy something good for our grandson that this was intended for. The ball game is absolute trash – no idea where you got the nerve to use the ‘musical’ description as it has zero musical capacity. The balls are NOT coloured as on the picture and the who thing was a total waste of money. If I thought there was any chance of getting our money back I’d be doing so – I also regret ordering another for a different grandson but cest la vie.

I also note that the box it came in (and which looks as thought its been thrown around a lot) is covered in lots of white labels covering warnings etc on use.

All in all – nothing that we can really use for our grandsons, a complete waste of money, poor quality for a hefty price – so no chance that I’ll ever be buying from you again.

I’m writing this review as before I purchased from them I tried to find reviews but couldn’t. They seem to have huge marketing campaigns on Facebook, I noticed that they hide a lot of negative comments on facebook posts but couldn’t see what was actually written.

I ordered the Race&Chase - Rainbow Musical Tree Kit with FREE Pop Bracelet, Pioneer Kit. The company was meant to be in the USA but when I tracked the shipping it came from Shanghai China. The item did arrive, it wasn’t as poorly made as I thought it was going to be and it was the correct size. You need to build it yourself. I didn’t order the large balls, I wish I had. It came with no instructions and took a while for me to work it out so the ball would drop correctly to the bottom but eventually I did It. Then my daughter started playing with it, the bits kept falling off all the time. I needed to glue them in for it to finally work properly. Would I order again? No, it’s certainly not worth the money. I hope this helps someone else who is looking to purchase from Brightrise.org Also never received the free bracelet, not too fussed. A lesson learnt, after ordering I saw it on Aliexpress for a lot cheaper.
