Overpromised, under delivered! Save your time AND MONEY and use another company. Brightway said they had a driver ready and could pick up our load the next day so we booked with them. Next story I get is that it now takes 48hrs to obtain paperwork but they do have someone that could take the load asap for DOUBLE the original quote. I found another company and requested a refund of my deposit due to their lying about their schedule and estimate which they refused to refund and only gave a partial refund. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

I recently used Brightway Logistics to ship my vehicle from LongIsland to Dallas and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, communication, and reliability.

I moved over 1,500 miles away and needed my car shipped. I browsed several auto transport brokers and felt a bit discouraged because many companies had mixed or negative reviews.

Kevin Miller with Brightway Logistics his reviews are also not so good but he assured me that you want to ship your vehicle and I am all here to assist you and he was extremely helpful and took the time to answer the other questions I had. This was my first time shipping a car, so I was a bit anxious about the process.

My car was picked up and delivered within the promised window, and there was clear communication throughout the entire process. My car also arrived safely and in the same condition it was picked up. I’m more than pleased with the service Brighway provided. Thank you so much!

I had an exceptional experience with Gabriel Angel. He ensured that the entire process was seamless and completely stress-free. My vehicle was delivered promptly, without any complications. His service was truly professional and highly commendable.

This review does not pertain to the delivery driver, he was great and delivered within the designated window. I'll give the driver a 5 star. My issue is with the dispatching office. We agreed on a price and booked the shipment. Day of shipment, they called me and claimed the driver was not able to receive the item as no one was at the pick up location to release my item and they will have to find a new shipper and will cost more, attempting to get an additional $300.00 out of me. They did get me up $75.00. Spoke with the delivery driver when he dropped off my item, he said, he received the item on the agreed upon day and had pick up docs that supported his pick up date and time that matched the dealers date and time on their release docs.

This is a scam company, easy to see because all the links to "reviews" in their own website are fake.
They give you a super low offer and pressure you to make a deposit to lock in the price. At the last moment you are surprised with a bill 4x what they quoted you and people usually can't do anything about it because have flight tickets, etc...

There was a few unforseen circumstances that occurred in all was Curtis and helpful

Darren was very helpful and accommodating. He arranged transport for my new vehicle several states away. The vehicle arrived earlier than planned. The driver was very professional. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Gabriel quoted me $1450 to move a trailer from Illinois to Wyoming. I told him that it was crazy cheap but he insisted they run the route weekly which is how they do it. Now I'm stuck with trailer that must be moved off auction lot and he wants $4,000 more. Yes, they offer crazy cheap and lock you in and then you are forced to pay them or pay the auction lot penalties
