Our organization purchased jump ropes from Brilliant Promos for use in youth programming. Unfortunately, once we used them with students, we found that the adjustment mechanism in the handles barely moves, making it very difficult to resize the ropes properly. The issue affected the entire batch.

When we contacted the company, we were told the ropes are promotional items designed mainly for short-term giveaways rather than active use.

If a product is intended only for promotional distribution and not actual use, that should be clearly stated on the product page so buyers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, we will need to source jump ropes elsewhere for our programs.

We had a very poor experience working with Brilliant Promos and would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

We placed an order for 200 torch lighters for a company event and were repeatedly assured that the shipment had already been picked up by FedEx and would be delivered by February 16. We relied on that timeline to coordinate logistics for our event.

Unfortunately, the entire process was extremely frustrating from the beginning due to poor communication from the sales representative. Responses were consistently slow, and it often took multiple follow-up emails just to receive a reply. When we attempted to call the phone number provided, we were unable to reach anyone, which made it even more difficult to get clear answers about the status of the order.

We were told on February 10 that the shipment had already been picked up by FedEx and that the tracking would update once logistics processed it. However, the FedEx tracking never showed the package as received, despite repeated assurances that the order was on its way.

The promised delivery date of February 16 came and went with no shipment and no clear explanation.

After several attempts to get clarification, we formally requested a full refund due to the missed deadline and lack of confirmed shipment. That email was never answered.

To make matters worse, the order eventually arrived more than a week after the promised delivery date, long after the items were needed for our event. When we finally opened the shipment, we discovered that the lighters do not work. The entire order of 200 units is defective and completely unusable, meaning the entire shipment will have to be discarded.

This experience involved:
• Extremely slow and unreliable communication
• Multiple follow-ups required just to receive basic responses
• Phone contact that was unreachable
• Incorrect or misleading shipping updates
• A missed delivery deadline for an event-critical order
• No response when requesting a refund
• A defective product that does not function

For a company that sells promotional products for businesses and events, reliability and communication are essential. Unfortunately, our experience with Brilliant Promos demonstrated neither.

We will not be ordering from them again.

ITEMS WON'T SHIP ON TIME - I ordered promotional items nearly a month before the event. One of the items got cancelled and they never told me. Then I don't hear from the company for two weeks. When I finally call them, they tell me that the item will ship next week. The event is in two days, and the promotional items are still in CHINA!

Disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor, with little to no follow-up throughout the process. What was approved initially did not align with what was ultimately presented for purchase. Pricing and quantity details felt misleading, and expectations were not clearly or consistently communicated. Overall, customer service was lacking, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

My experience: Ordered some golf tees for a promotional item as a gift for a family member's business. Completed the order form, provided logo image and got back a proof that was approved. Order charged, multiple emails confirming order. 9 days later, an email is received stating there would now need "another run charge" to print the 2nd line of print and the cost would be almost as much as the initial product without printing. Ultimately canceled the order as it was beyond expensive and now no gift with less than 10 days to Christmas. Not even an apology. Poor business form in my opinion.

I've been going back and forth as I was promised a specific imprint and it came back 30% smaller and they say it is the geometry of my logo but my logo was set up by them and it is a small part of the type they set up.
They subcontract the work out and don't have final control over the product. When they mess up, they lie to save face. Be advised!

They never sent me the product! They never refunded me! FRAUDS! This is a scam website! Do not ever do business with them! Unethical and they lied!!!
