Second time I have had dealings with Bripark cars in Hyde! Recommend to anyone and everyone. Currently waiting for the wife to apply as well as a few friends. Good customer service

Very bad service. They kept my deposit and after that asian employee told me about the car has some scratch and dent on the bumper . I change my mind and they said don't give me my deposit back. £1000.
It is a client right to change within 14 days
I opened a claim court anyway. Keep away from this company . Adrian

I can not fault the Bripark showroom in Hyde. From start to finish the service I received was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble to find me the car and the deal I wanted. Julie was absolutely outstanding. Totally efficient but friendly and a credit to the dealership. She really does go the extra mile to help all customers. From manager to sales staff I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a guy named Kully was professional from start to finish, worked a miracle for me, fantastic service, highly recommended, man has alot of patience.

Bought a car from Wigan branch
. Problems from the start. Tried to return they refused not even a year later car isn't worth scrap. Currently under investigation awaiting outcome.. these people should be closed down selling dangerous unsafe vehicles

Purchased a car last week and there was an error regarding the log book. It has cost us £25, as the salesman put the incorrect name on the log book and is NOT willing to pay for HIS mistake. Plus we are waiting for a small part to be delivered, that they PROMISED Us. STILL not here

Wigan branch shocking dealt with a bloke called Chris.... promised call backs never happened... was a previous customer unwilling to help .... making me repeat things defo stay away .... if he's a sales person I'm an astronaut

I was very impressed with Josh Pemberton. He was very friendly, informative, helpful, and very honest during the sale. Also very fair and bent a lot to get me the right vehicle for me. My friends and family love the car, and I am extremely happy with it. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Absolutely shocking!!! They are nice when getting a sale out of you! Got a car on finance last year as a 2nd car after 7 days we changed our mind and gave it back, states in contract we had 14 days. Staff were very rude about it they only payed £6000 back to our finance company and we were left to pay the remaining £3000 for a car we never used. Also never had our names on log book and never took insurance out, as this was there excuse for not paying back full amount.the car was in the exact condition we purchased it when we handed back. I do not recommend bripark cars!

Very good pain free experience. Julie that sales girl put me at ease, and no pressure. All staff really helpful, I would recommend them.

Staff were very friendly. Only thing i didnt like was being left in the salesroom while they sat out the back in the office. Other than that they were very good.
