What a joke this company is the guarantees you get are worthless - had to take videos of leaking tap - then sent spare parts which are not the issue - bristan now say they can come and look but want to charge me £110 to come out - cant take the tap off because we need it for water! Had to pay the plumber to initially diagnose the issue - cheaper just to get a new tap - pointless guarantee and very obstructive bristan staff

I'm a consumer and have used Bristan taps for as long as I can recall. The quality of their taps is - usually - not in doubt.
I have a 4 in 1 tap in my house, installed in December 2023. In February 2026, the water tank has sprung a leak and the the water temperature is much lower than it should be.
It requires a new tank at £500+ and it is literally two months out of warranty.
My disappointment is that Bristan offer you no help. Would it hurt them to sell that tank at cost price, given the warranty?
I have had to buy one from another retailer at a lower cost than what Bristan were selling it for and that just feels wrong.
In summary, might be great taps but certainly not the best when it comes to customer empathy/service.
They could learn from the big American firms which seem to me to have a totally different attitude to customers - especially Ninja, Apple and Amazon.

Our Java kitchen tap started leaking and I contacted Bristan via their website (without the need to deal with an AI bot). They replied that I'd receive a response within 3 days. The response came within 6 hours. I was asked for a few extra details, I provided them and again received a reply within hours, providing relevant and useful advice. I needed a set of seals which they supplied (and waived the delivery charge).
Bristan's customer service responses were rapid, relevant and helpful, much better than most companies I've dealt with over the years. When things go wrong, good customer service is what we need, and Bristan certainly provided it.
