It was exactly what I was looking for!!

Very good website, great communication, says fast delivery.. hopefully it is

SCAM website. Ordered 2 Christmas Ornament Woodland Animal Resin Acorn LED Sleeping Figurine Gifts, shown as £24.99 (reduced from £49.99)

Received 2 printed pieces of flat plastic, which looks like they cost 50p. The lengthy description on the website is completely misleading.

Discovered that the exact same junk is on Amazon (via a 3rd party seller) for around £6.

Posing as a British company but the warehouse is in Hong Kong - that is where the junk comes from, and where you will be asked to send it back to, when you discover you've been had.

Company director based in Phillipines, operating via London offices.

When checking on delivery estimates, I received a very swift and personable response. Once my item was delivered, I contacted customer support again as I had problems with installation and use. It turned out the problem was because of something I was doing wrong. I apologise but was never made to feel small and in both my issues, I received extremely prompt and friendly service. So much so, that I bought something else today.

I think the price was really good, I haven't received product yet so can't give full review

Good images and clear summary of contents

Presentation of the product. However, more information would help. For example, my wife was asking whether there was going to be some need to evacuate water outside through the window like in some old fashioned “portable” units and I did know the answer!

It would be also useful to communicate expected day of delivery!

Like multiple other Bristey customers have indicated on Trust Pilot, I too have not been able to action a refund for a faulty item.

The company have emailed me to state that " as per our current store policy....are only able to offer replacements rather than refunds". This is despite their website stating that "You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return" which is required to be compliant with UK legal requirements. Note also that foreign companies targeting UK consumers must also comply with UK consumer protection laws if they direct their activities to the UK market.

I will be reporting this company/ website to UK trading standards.

Very easy to use website

Terrible customer service, ordered a heated gilet with power bank, when the item arrived eventually from China the power bank was missing, after sending photographs and videos plus the order saying the power bank was included, got a email saying it wasn’t included, this after they offered a 5% refund which worked out at £1.50, I’m sure I could buy a power bank with that, or a 50% voucher to spend at their store, I don’t want that, I just want a power bank.Terrible, Terrible service, will never use again, and advise people to think twice before buying from this company, pity there isn’t option to leave no stars

Competitive pricing and good reviews. All the reviews were dated the same day though which I'm not sure was an error or not. Product not arrived yet but hopefully it'll do the trick.

WARNING people they are Thieves and Scammers i spent £185 on a large Khaki mat and was delivered a cheap PINK mat not worth £30 trying to return it but they are not interested they just offer a 10% then 20% then 30% refund and say it it hasn't been returned the there warehouse in Hong Kong but still wont sent details for return you just keep getting someone else offering a 10% refund they are absolutely con artists so if you need to return anything your screwed BE WARNED

Very easy to order, looking forward to receiving my product

I bought a lunchbox from their website. Despite failure to keep warm, the cover cracked immediately after first use. I need to follow the £30 lunchbox away. When I tried to make complain, I found I can’t leave review on its website. I wondered how those 348 people left their positive comments?
