Absolutely awful completely 1st of May my mum booked this company for my sisters 8th birthday party which was today, 2 hours before the party started they decided to text my mum and tell her they would have to cancel due to one of the drivers being sick and it being one of the busiest days of the year for them... unacceptable!! Had a very upset little girl! so many people said they have had this problem with this company how it's still running i dont know PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU WILL JUST GET LET DOWN LIKE THEY DID TO US DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BOOKING WHICH WE DIDN'T DO UNFORTUNATELY!!!

I couldn't of chosen a better company! I'm the type of person that asks a million questions but in the WhatsApp messages, they were always very quick to respond and every question I had, had an answer which out my mind at rest. They turnt up early and even cleaned the bouncy down as it was a bit muddy from the previous party, the bubble machine we hired was also a hit with the kids. Over all I was very satisfied and the kids loved the whole day! Thank you so much and I will be using this company again in future

Bouncy castle was is excellent condition. Arrived on time and taken down on time as well. The delivery guy was super kind when dealing with disappointed kids at the end. ❤️

These guys are great - reliable and have great choice of bouncy castles. We’ve used them 2 years running and will keep coming back cos from booking to bouncing it is always easy.

Great service and experience. The team were very responsive and communicative, confirmed delivery times and dates, checked the hall was appropriate for the bouncy castle, and even made some amendments as requested. They turned up early on the day and got the bouncy castle and sound system set up and packed away really speedily. One very happy 5 year old, would definitely use again.

Fantastic service, I had a bit of trouble booking but they answered my WhatsApp and got it all sorted for me. Delivery was prompt and pick up on time. Both staff members were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use them again! Thank you!

We hired a karaoke system for our wedding, but what we received was simply speakers, microphones, and a laptop with YouTube set up on it. This was not what was advertised, which stated a preloaded tablet and made no mention of requiring WiFi.
Unfortunately, the system did not work when we came to use it, meaning we were unable to do any karaoke at all, which was a real disappointment and ultimately brought our evening to an early end.
We raised a complaint, but were told we would not receive a refund despite the equipment being unusable on the day.
We spent £150 expecting a proper karaoke system, but what was provided did not match the description and effectively amounted to a basic YouTube setup.

Fantastic service from Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire. A great selection of bouncy castles, excellent communication, and a professional, friendly team. Setup and collection were seamless, and everything was handled efficiently. Faultless service from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Bristol bouncy castle hire. They really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and booked for. Great service friendly people and we were kept up to date with everything along the way. We will definitely boom again.

These guys were super helpful answering all my questions before booking a low bouncy castle for my child's birthday party. They showed up promptly, were friendly and even threw in an extra one! Would definitely use again and have already recommended them to other parents.

Great company and service

Very good company would definitely use them again. From the point of booking to the time they arrived they kept in constant contact. The bouncy castle was in great condition and the party was a big success. We booked the full party package and was worth every penny. Very friendly and great service.

I was going to book a standard bouncy castle for my boys birthday party hut then I came across these guys who supply everything you need as a package! My little boy absolutely loved it! Plus the service was exceptional especially due to timing, friendliness and practicality. I did not have to do anything towards the setting up or collection, the staff did everything bless them!

We had Spider-Man and Elsa come to our party for 23 Foster’s children.
Both characters were absolutely amazing, engaging with the children and truly entertained them . All the children and many adults were totally blown away .
