When I first heard about “clean vitamins,” I was surprised to learn that it’s possible to make vitamins without unnecessary additives. Great British Vitamins has managed to do exactly that. However, I’m a little confused about the difference between British Supplements and British Vitamins, as I’ve seen advertised on YouTube.

British Vitamins and British Supplements are two completely separate and independent companies. We are British Vitamins, and we have no ownership, management or commercial connection with British Supplements.
The similarity is mainly the use of the word “British” in both names. Our branding, products, packaging, company direction and the way we communicate with customers are our own and have been developed independently. Internally, British Vitamins has specifically been moving toward its own distinct visual identity, including different packaging and presentation.
Our approach at British Vitamins is centred around straightforward formulations, clear ingredient information and responsible supplementation. Our intended brand direction is modern, transparent and respectful toward customers and public-health requirements.
So, if you have seen British Supplements advertised on YouTube, that advertising is from a different business and should not be confused with British Vitamins.

Great customer service
I ordered my vitamins and after a few days checked to see when they would be delivered. My account gave me an order date and I didn’t think anymore about it. Today I received my delivery with a free bag of vitamin D as a sorry for our delivery being late and thank you for being our customer. Great company, to me it wasn’t late, it was a few days longer than the last lot but no longer than some other companies that I have ordered from in the past. To me this showed a personal touch and a company that values their customers and does not want to loose them. Thank you British Vitamins I am a happy customer who will continue to shop with you.
