I ordered 3 jumpers which just arrived from China. The quality is cheap and not worth a fraction of the price paid. No returns information came with the order.
I would not recommend this dodgy site

Edit: Almost 2 weeks after sending an email asking for an address to return the items for a refund, I've heard nothing.
Stay well clear of this site!

I had a good overall experience with my order. The item arrived as described, the quality matched my expectations, and the sizing was accurate. Delivery took a reasonable amount of time, and communication was clear throughout the process.

Received their knitsweater, didn't expect much but turned out to be a decent sweater. Only it arrived a few days later then mentioned but such things happen i guess.

This is the 3rd time ordering here and still no complaints, always easy communication and even received thankyou cards and discounts for my next orders. Something many webshops can learn from. Keep this up great work!

They way it was packed and arrived in time had me satisfied from the start. The pricing is not to much and the quality speaks for itself. Nice to see there are still some brands that really work on customer satisfaction.

Ordered some trousers for the holidays. Used their sizechart but they where to small for me. Contacted support and John made it pretty easy for me to exchange the item for a new one. He offered i could keep the trousers and only pay a small fee for the postage to receive a new pair. Must say this was amazing and they really cared to help me. Would definitely recommenend shopping here.

The website said it would be shipped the next day but it took 3 days before the package was shipped. The shoes itself where nice and also the packaging was good. Would only recommend giving better updates on the shipping.

Recently purchased 2 items from here, 1 as gift and both me and my son are satisfied with it. Contacted support because wasn't sure about the sizing but they helped me get the right size so thanks to John for helping!

Paid 44,95 for a zip up knit sweater, the items fits ok. Only delivery took a bit longer but it's because of the holidays i guess. Quality is decent so not bad at all.
