The company sent me the wrong product and they have gone silent and have not returned any call or email. I’ve emailed multiple times. Nothing. Crickets. Horrible, non existent customer service.
Have not tried the coffee yet but the website process and on time delivery were great. Especially valued the ability to support GWU as well.

Best and most consistent Coffee ever! We have been buying Broadriver espresso & coffee for almost 20 years I am amazed at Seth's ability to deliver the finest coffee consistently every month. We looked at 100 roasters across the US before we opened our cafe, and we chose Broadriver. Great decision!
