What an amazing small business! Brilliant quality and unrivalled aftercare service, well over and above my expectations. Josephine has been super helpful even to the point of researching and recommending suitable covers for my garden furniture (bought through them), which is, incidentally, gorgeous. I cannot recommend highly enough. They could teach others what customer service is all about. Outstanding.

We ordered a coffee table from Brown & Ginger, which was dispatched promptly and was absolutely stunning when it arrived. Unfortunately, DPD had ignored the fragile tape all over the box- it arrived on it's side and the corners of the box were pretty badly damaged. When we opened it, the table could not have been packaged more securely and some care had obviously been taken to ensure we received it in perfect condition. However, one of the legs had been snapped in transit. I contacted the company and the customer service I received was impeccable. Jo advised me that if it was ok with us, she would personally bring us a new one at the weekend as we were just over an hour away from her. Communication was great and Jo arrived exactly when she said she would and brought us a new table. I'm over the moon with the quality of the table and it looks stunning in the living room. I would highly recommend Brown & Ginger and will certainly be ordering again. Thanks so much to Jo and her husband for going to the effort of bringing us a new table to make sure it arrived in perfect condition.

I bought a four poster garden daybed /cabana from Brown and Ginger and received outstanding, attentive and caring personal customer service from Josephine who went above and beyond to get the item delivered to me on the Isle of Wight. The daybed is fantastic quality and I would highly recommend this excellent boutique.

I found Brown and Ginger while doing a search for a lemon shaped photo holder and they had exactly what I was after. I ordered at 2pm and it was delivered the next day. The item was packaged really well and looks great. Very impressed. I have since browsed the website and can see that Brown and Ginger will be my go to company for glamorous, unusual and fun items for my home as well as gifts for family and friends.

I ordered an item yesterday around 9am.
The item was exactly what I was looking for to a tee, and it was on sale! Cost me a tenner!!!

I think they must have been dispatching it as I was ordering it as I received it today probably less than 24hrs after ordering.

The item is beautiful, quality and looks smashing.
If I could give ten stars I would.

I absolutely love some of the stuff on the site. So much so that I made 2 orders within a week.

They're shipped and arrive quickly, securely packed and the quality is outstanding.

I have brought numerous items before from Brown and Ginger, I love their uniqueness and value for money is always great. I recently purchased one of the small gnomes as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately the item was broken in transit. Josephine could not have been more helpful. She arranged for a replacement which was sent within 48 hours and then organised for the return of the broken item to repair and sell in her seconds shop. A fabulous experience of how to assist customer. Given the experience I have had, I've shared Brown and Ginger with lots of my friends.

Placed my order and received it super quick. As the item was ceramic I was worried about damage in transit but it came in mint condition and double boxed for safety. Great communication , very pleased from start to finish 5* service throughout.

Bought a beautiful silver flamingo lamp, as loved the quirkiness of it, arrived promptly, wrapped lovingly and looks even better in real life …. Have a feeling I’m going to NEED more from this fab company …. What a find 🦩🩷
