When I received the email thanking me for my purchase I noticed there was extras charge for a product that I hadn't purchased.
I emailed the company and Kyle got right back to me and had the charges removed and payment back to me. Great customer service.

I was a little concerned that the postage was taking it's time, so I made contact with an assistant. Tiffany was a dream to deal with and helped with my concerns.
Product arrived and it's pretty good; struggled a bit with applying at first, but it's all good now.

I had somehow messed up as I’m not very technology adept, and ordered triple what I wanted. I was charged the amount for 3x what I wanted! I reached out to browpro customer service & within 2 hours they got back to me and refunded my order. I am excited to get my proper order and try this out!

I had an issue with my order, in that my mobile phone was super sensitive and I ended up with multiple orders and deductions from my payment card. I email the team directly to inform.them if the issues the response was speedy, resolution hassle free and monies refunded to my payment card. Super service, my products have not arrived yet but I was impressed with the customer care and this gives me faith in the products too.

This company, BrowPro is very tricky in how you order their product. I saw it on Facebook. Do not order from ANY company on Facebook. Obviously, they do not vet the companies that advertise. With BrowPro, you end up being in their VIP group with a monthly charge. I ended up with FIVE BrowPro kits when I only wanted ONE to try. And I have not received them yet and probably never will. I called and they said, "Oh, they have already been mailed out" and supposedly I had checked "expediated shipping," which of course I did not. I noticed many other reviewers said the same thing. I just wanted to try one. I ended up with 5 packs of Brow Pro for 112.00 which included the "VIP" CHARGE OF 53.00. I called the customer service number and they gave me 50% off which comes out to be about 10.00 per BrowPro kit. I settled for this just not to have to deal with this company any more which of course is what they are hoping. If you ship them back you pay for shipping PLUS you must send a PHOTO of your USPS label. Can you imagine?? And then wait for them to receive it and then get your refund?? It would cost more to send it back than keep the product. I haven't received my kits yet. I doubt I ever will. But I will be complaining to Paypal about this company Thank God I didn't give them my credit card number. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are tricking people into ordering more things than they wanted by their confusing website!!!!! And recurring charges. None of this is clear when you order online, and I do most of my shopping online and am not easily scammed. But this company is VERY tricky and when you press pay, it looks like you ordered one product when you will end up with 5 charges. Total SCAM!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for browpro in black. I didn’t use it right away. When I went to open it, I noticed it was brown. I double checked my order to make sure. I in fact ordered black. I had three packs in brown. I sent a message with the issue and received a response and apology. I received the correct order very quickly. I am happy with their response and resolution. I will order again in the future.

I contacted the company for an explanation and eventually they came back saying I had ordered add ons. I didn’t and told them so. I tried to cancel the order they said it was too late. Then they started offering discounts started at 20% and moved up to 50% to keep the goods. I refused and have returned the goods which was very expensive to do. Contacted them to say I had returned them sent a tracking number they came back wanting a picture of how I had “addressed” the parcel. Now waiting on a refund. Don’t deal with this company they rip you off with these “extras” and bank on the fact it is too expensive for them to be returned.

I ordered one set of browpro but company have charged me for extra sets saying I must have ordered them...I didn't but they will only offer a discount for extras...I think this is a bit of a scam & I will never use them again.
