I needed to upgrade the headunit in my Hilux as the factory one stopped working. I’m glad I went with the Brummstadt crew. After initially sending the wrong unit for my car I cannot fault the team especially Tommy who was always there to help with updates and any questions. Once we worked out the wrong unit was sent the new one was straight on its way with no hesitation. I was always informed of where it was up to and when the new unit would arrive. I also had an issue with the reverse camera set up which turned out to just be a setting that needed to be changed. Tommy was all over that again and with a quick message he had me sorted out. Cannot fault this company or the staff.

Tommy was a great help fixing all the little setting gremlins. Once those where fixed the system was awesome

Had issues with harness. Help over emails pinpointed the issue.
When a new one was sent it was a camera. New harness was finally sent and I fitted it. So far so good.
Communication was good although a little slow at times as only do emails not phone.
Very happy with the unit in the end!!
Easy to install.

The product was good, but the backup support was better when i had a few issues they helped me sorted all of them out. I am completely happy with unit

The replacement of the head unit went quite well. No real surprises, including wiring up the microphone and GPS antenna in the A pillars. I had a lot of questions during the fit, and Tommy was happy to assist with every one. If needed I got photos and videos to help get my unit working.

The actual installation took 5 hours start to finish, but some of that was waiting for a support answer - definitely do your research on YouTube before starting.

Had an issue with reverse camera trigger wire. Contacted Support and through a few steps got it all working well. Very helpful team.

I recently purchased a unit for one for my customers BMW E90. Its a great quality unit with all the modern functionality you could need or want. I also delt directly with the team over email which they were quick and very helpful in there response. I highly recommend Brummstadt and will definitely will be purchasing from them again in future.

Had a small hiccup with the delivery, but a quick email and Patrick was on to it... absolutely nailed the service. Very quick response and had the problem sorted in no time at all. Great product, backup support is awesome

Firstly there customer service was excellent. Tommy in particular was fantastic with a couple of little issues I had and he sorted them all out very quickly with ultra fast responses to everything. The unit install went very well (once again Tommy was great with his offers of assistance) and the unit itself is excellent and works perfectly. I can only speak for the Mazda CX5 model unit but It is an impressive piece of kit and I highly recommend it.

Great support and direction throughout the install. We had the cameras wrong and Kevin assisted us to resolve this easily. Also the steering controls didnt work but Kevin noticed a plug not being connected. With his support we have a fully functional system.

Had some minor complications during the instalment and set up process but Kevin and Tommy were exceptionally helpful with guides and replacement parts

Brummstadt have been excellent to deal with from the moment I first ordered my head unit from them. They have provided helpful and timely advice and support at every turn. The unit I purchased and installed in my Pajero worked great for over a year and when an unexpected fault did occur help was only an email away.
Patrick J. from the service team helped me diagnose the fault via a few emails and thorough troubleshooting questions and then organised for the required replacement parts to be sent to resolve the issue.
All in all I’ve had a very positive experience with this company and product.

Support was able to help me maintain using the factory reversing camera

I installed one 3 years ago into my 2013 Kluger Grande, an easy DIY, (even for a retiree in his 70s), came with everything including new fascia so it looks factory built-in where the old head was, and a wiring harness to connect the steering wheel control buttons.
Having its own SIM means I don't need to connect my phone for Waze or Spotify so I don't need Android Auto running on my phone.
When parked I can watch YouTube, TV news or anything that I can watch or listen or do on my phone.
Phone calls are made and answered with steering wheel buttons which are duplicated on the screen for a passenger to use. I can use it for calls via my phone's number, or via a different number through the SIM, picking up my contacts via my cloud account along with all my apps, including weather radar so I can see if there's anything nasty ahead.
So it's like having an Android tablet built into the dash, not sitting on top like an afterthought found in new cars today.
