Antwoord van Brunswick Turf
Thanks for your feedback Rachel. We’re really pleased you were happy with the speed of the service.
Your order was placed on Sunday evening, we called you on Monday morning to confirm delivery, and it was delivered later that day as discussed.
We’re sorry to hear that some of the rolls had become damaged. We weren’t made aware of any issue after delivery, otherwise we would have been happy to look into it straight away.
Turf is a natural, perishable product and individual rolls can occasionally split during cutting, transport, handling or laying, particularly during periods of very warm weather when the turf can become more fragile than usual. However, a split roll does not normally mean the turf is unusable - the pieces can still be laid together, they'll still root and with aftercare/watering, establish as part of the lawn in the usual way.
The email received later was our delivery confirmation rather than a live notification of the exact delivery time, but we appreciate the feedback and will look at making this clearer.
As you felt the turf you received wasn’t up to the standard you expected, please do get back in touch with us. We'd be happy to receive information from you about the damaged rolls you mentioned, and we’d be very happy to help with any future order, to hopefully give you the opportunity to see the quality and service our customers would normally expect from us.
Thanks again for ordering with us!

Lush green grass
Great service ordered the turf the day prior to the day we wanted to collect. Received a phone call the next day to say it was ready for us to pickup. Turf was nice and fresh and rich in colour. Very happy with it.
