Purchased a vehicle from Big Motoring World and have had nothing but the run around when attempting to have the vehicle repaired.
We were told the vehicle would be picked up and dropped off at Bsmart Autocentre where the vehicle will be inspected and repaired.
The autocentre has been brilliant with keeping us up to date on the vehicles condition, status and any parts required, the staff have been reliable at the word. I would highly recommend anyone within the Leeds / York area to get in touch with Bsmart and have a chat with them for your vehicle needs.
Thank you to the staff who have worked to ensure we have the vehicle back on the road the total time to have the vehicle inspected and repaired was under 48hrs this included labour, sourcing parts and bits. Highly recommended! Please check them out.

Called Bsmart had wife's car mot running out fast but there efficient service and loyalty to customers i was in at last minuet a pass with advisory's appreciated so know what to sort out now.

Sent a car in for basic work like a service and gearbox oil car came back with more problems and engine management light was on had to take to a different garage and spend more avoid these guys like the plague

Absolutely brilliant. Been a couple times to get my MOT done but had bigger jobs that needed doing and they got it booked in so quickly and had my car back up and running within the same day. They rang to keep me updated along the way and never once complained even though I know it was a difficult job. So reasonably priced and there’s nothing they cannot do. As a girl I am used to being ripped off / told I need more work than I actually do but I trust these guys 100%. They are always willing to help and give advice - definitely my new go to garage. Saty was spot on provided service with a smile (despite my car falling to pieces on him) and Kerry is always so lovely on the phone. 10/10 would recommend !!

Failed MOT, Satty gave me a provisional repair of 2/3 days, i left my car with them and Satty managed to squeeze me in and my car was done and re MOTd same day, big thank you to Bsmart i can highly recommend this Garage to anyone for MOT AND REPAIRS very competent Mechanics.

These guys are first class. I'm absolutely made up with the service I received. The Bsmart Autocentre have friendly and efficient staff, right from the admin team when speaking on the telephone, to the guys working on my vehicle who endeavoured to get my car up and running before the bank holiday break. Cant thank them enough for going above and beyond to deliver quality work.

I have used BSmart Autocentre for a lot of years now and never had any issues until the other day. I had booked my car in for a rear brake caliper sticking. When I got there I was told that they could have a look at it, but I would have to bring it back the following week to have it repaired as they only had 2 staff working. After the mechanic looked at the vehicle, he confirmed that the caliper was sticking and charged me £25 for the convenience. He later phoned me with a quote for the job on top of the "inspection". I can honestly say, that unless I really need to, I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to them

BSMART AUTO (LEEDS, TORRE RD)... YES, BE SMART AND AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST! I took my car 'specifically' for a dpf cleaning which according to their website they advertise themselves as specialists/experts. After taking my car, I received a call saying that they didn't find anything wrong with my dpf (in fact they said they found all the functions to be ok & within the required parameters) but have 'diagnosed' a faulty dpf sensor which need replacing... and which they did @ a total of £179, of which £70.16 was for the sensor the rest labour & diagnosis. Later in the day I received a call from one of their 'technicians' to say he's reset the engine management light but he's been unable to reset dpf/glow plug lights since he didn't have audi/vw VCDS but suggested the lights would go off once the car is driven for a while (if they didn't I should bring it back to have their 'audi specialist' who was off sick to reset the codes). Now then, whether she knew I'd spoken to him or not, their very knowledgeable customer advisor also called me to say the car was ready for pick up and all was good. After collecting the car, not only didn't the light go off but the engine management light also came back on within 30 minutes of drive + car went into limp mode. I called them the following day to explain the situation and I was advised to take the car for an overnight check up. I received a call the day after taking the car back to say that they had to call (not in-house, though another customer advisor did say that the specialist was indeed in-house ) an audi specialist to diagnose my car and that he/she has advised them that the dpf is so blocked it needs deep cleaning. She also said that they had done a hard regeneration but the dpf remained blocked. So, back we went to dpf cleaning after all, of which I was quoted £390 on top of £180 already paid for a new sensor (which by the way they had to replace again with another new one a day after replacing - because it was still returning faulty readings). I complained about the misdiagnosis/previous charges etc and was told as a gesture of good-will they'd knock off £40. In the end, I quite clearly and rightfully expressed my level of disatisfaction with their services and was told the choice was mine (in such a 'we care-less' manner) to have it fixed by them or take it elsewhere or better still to go think over it. I decided I'd rather pay someone else (even if it meant paying more than they were asking) than have them take another penny of mine. My experience has been horrible and my advise is... 'DONT WAIT TO EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF... LEARN FROM OTHERS LIKE ME AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COST'. I WARNED YOU!

I've used this garage for a number of years now for all of my car's needs, having come across them by accident. They're very experienced in what they do, professional in their approach & give great advice based on their knowledge. Very friendly staff with great customer care & nothing is too much trouble. Very happy to be a customer there!
