BTX Racing Reviews

The customer service is great but I find the app to feel cluttered and claustrophobic.Too much stuff in one small place. There is no share facility for updates.Having this facility allows current members to promote the syndicate to their family and friends. It's a great free way that you could increase your client base.

The free horse share
Great set up and looking forward to buying me next 1 just choosing is hard
Thanks heaps btx

Fantastic awesome great

Hi. This is my first time with BTX Racing. So far the updates have been great the App is easy to navigate.

When I 1st went to sign up it’s wouldn’t let me download my Medicare card and licence but once that was fixed very easy to complete

The website is excellent, and the app easy to use. All information is clear and explicit.

Well I got off to a bad start but once the ceo got in touch and sorted things out I'm happy to be involved

I would prefer to get my owners information through a website and not rely on an app.
I received a 'Happy Birthday' email message from you, informing me that I had a "surprise gift" awaiting me on your app. Try as I might I could not locate the information on the app. I had to contact you again by email to find details on how to access it. I thought the app would be easier to use than this! Please give your owners a website, like all other racing syndicators do.

Love the App and look forward to watching my horse race 🏇🏼

I love the new site design it’s easy to use and understand! Keep the updates coming and keep up the amazing work!

The promotion pack you offered for early subscription, I bought two shares and feel that should have been offered

A seamless experience to purchase shares in quality race horses with some of Australia’s best trainers.

Jury is still out, purchase experience was great and easy, would still like more info on how the token system works and how the investment affects individual owners. Probably on the pds but 72 pages takes some getting through, needs a simple explanation?

My friend gave me a BTX card for Christmas. I wasn't familiar with horse racing but I set up my account and purchased ownership in Justify x Now Now. I must say, I am absolutely loving seeing my horse updates - the photos and videos are so cute! I'm also getting really invested in hearing about her training updates. Highly recommend!!

What a great opportunity to own top class racehorses. Truly innovative in what has been a murky world. Great experiences- love my tokens and the exclusive knowledge from the the trainers is second to none!
Love BTX!
