It's beautiful and works well with my apple watch ultra 2. It took a little bit to get it as I live in Texas but it was worth the wait.

Hi Emma, please could you send us more information. It sounds like either 1.) You've could have put the linking section on upside down, or 2.) Potentially the incorrect size band has been sent. All of our bands have a locking mechanism, so its not possible for them to slip off. We'd love to help you with this.

The customer service was excellent, and I love the band I got! The best we have owned. This was my second band an I will order all bands from them in the future!

Poor service, do not recommend.
Poor service. Like the selection, the prices are reasonable. I'd love to rate the actual product, but shipping is so slow — and customer service is so unresponsive — that I had to ask for a refund on my unshipped purchase.
I have yet to receive a shipping notification (or a response to my refund request) after almost two weeks.

I bought the stainless-steel watch band for my husband's birthday. He LOVES it! It was very easy to take his iWatch to a jeweler and have the band fitted for him. So beautiful and easy to fit.
