Quite hard to get earphones that work…
Quite hard to get earphones that work and don't break in days. I have to say this review is only a few days in but they do work well with my Blighty DAB radio where others are poor quality, don't fit ears or poor quality and crackle of one or both ear phones go off.
WHERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE IS ANSWERING EMAILS OR THE PHONE.

Used Budget Headphones a couple of times and always been impressed by the speed of delivery, quality of the customer service and excellent product. Had a minor issue once but got straight through by telephone and spoke to an extremely helpful member of staff. Will be buying again and highly recommend.

The headphones I wanted were out of stock, but a very helpful member of staff, sent me a slightly more expensive for the same price, because of the inconvenience. Customer service at it's best!

Excellent Service
Due to their own supplier delivery issues, they had no stock to fulfil my order for 500 1.2 metre earphones. They offered to supply an alternative 1.7 metre version at the same cost to me. The items arrived next day. Thank you.
