Delivered as expected

Delivered as expected, but only after I called them over a week later. Will use them again for sure, but follow up sooner after order placement.

These guys said that i refused to…

These guys said that i refused to perform their fraud prevention & give the my credit card information over the phone. Firstable thats a lie, b3c3i did give them the information over the phone & have proof of the recorded information as all my call are being recorded, and that happened wotg 3 orders, so please don't make yourselves sound good on a real review because you are juat purely lying period. Peoples, potential Costumers i hope you will read this & take it into consideration when making purchases through this lying type company, especially if it's a construction job & job meeds to be performed in well mannered time frame this is not the place.

Great pricing Good service.
Purchase a Goodman 16 SEER 4 ton package unit. Had a problem with receiving the wrong R-Value flex ducting that was corrected quickly and delivered the next day 160 miles away.

Very happy with my experience with…

Very happy with my experience with Budget Heating and Air Conditioning. Just one point: I live in Canada, and shipping via UPS was very expensive. I would have liked the option of choosing a less expensive shipping method, maybe USPS?

Coil was damaged during delivery. Claim was filed with FedEx, waiting budget heat and air conditioning for next step.

The unit itself and staff were all…

The unit itself and staff were all great. However I drove over an hour to pickup the unit myself and was still charged for shipping. I think that it’s miss-stated as shipping but is likely some other fee. Either way it was significant and unexpected.
