If there was a negative review option I would use that. I ordered a cat tower in October and received acknowledgement but advised an issue with address. I rectified the issue and have not heard anything more. I have sent numerous emails and still nothing. Cat tower never received, and no response to following up emails. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM....

SCAM…..SCAM……SCAM. Have lodged a claim for my money back through my bank. No goods and no correspondence. Don’t go anywhere near this company.

You know, the products may well be value for money but this company lets itself down enormously because despite providing a 'customer service' email address, they do not provide any. I attempted to enquire about my order five times! Twice via their portal enquiry page and three times through their customer email address. NO REPLY. A massively disappointing experience 😕

We haven’t received our products and no one is emailing us back. We spent $180 and have no product to show for it.

No customer service and will not reply to emails. Shipping took 5 days to initiate and is now delayed from Aramex.

Great price easy hook up and does precisely as advertised.

I had sent the company an email in regards to some of the order missing for a cat tower. Unfortunately I’ve only been able to install half.

Excellent product arrived as described. Great communication and shipping. Very happy customer. Seat was easy to fit.

Bought window tint from this site, worst product ive ever used

They will NOT respond to repeated warranty enquiries. Item broke down shortly after purchase and they will not respond. Do NOT buy anything of value if you don't want to lose your money if the item is defective. I will report them to fair trading but I suppose they know that they can just ignore purchasers and there is no likelihood of Australian Consumer Law catching up with them. Also, I can't find a physical address to return item to.

EDIT - I reported to my bank as a scam and next day got an email saying they would refund me as they don't deliver to PO boxes. It never gave me the option to put a home address, but by that point I was just happy to have the refund, which came through a day later.

As many others have reported, no contact after ordering a month ago, no item, spent over $100, will be seeing who I can report to

I'm pretty sure this is a scam site. I should have noticed by the address with no street number and no phone number anywhere to be found. I just wish i had of been aware prior to ordering. I have been trying to contact the store via email about my purchase but to no avail. Don't believe any of these bogus great reviews for this site. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered from this company and have not received any correspondence from just to it’s been processed. How long is one item getting processed? If s the order packed to go or not available. I’ve sent emails and no replies at all. Is this a scam or a real company?
