I would not recommend this business based on my own experience. I found TWO Wheelie Bins on their site. One syle was advertised as 'Council Style'. I ordered one that was not 'Council Style' on a Click n Collect Order on a Sunday. On Monday I received a text stating my order was being processed. Next a text was received stating it would be delivered in 2-3 days! Delivered? To the store? I then heard nothing so I visited the store in Thurrock to find it was waiting for collection from me. This was not communicated. The man brought out a Wheelie Bin that did not match the picture of the one ordered claiming they only sell one type. I rejected it. Why advertise two styles when you only sell one? Why send messages relating to delivery on a click n collect order? Why not send a message when the goods are ready to collect? I have waited unnecessarily for a week, I have driven to/from your store, I have wasted over two hours, I have had to show your staff photos of what you claim to sell and now wait for my refund before I can start the purchase process again. You have bitterly disappointed me and you should be ashamed of your behaviour.

I ordered 14 lengths of timber of builders marketplace with no problems at all ordered on 26th April delivered 28th April. Order was due between 3rd May and 5th May turned up over a week early what a service second to none and I would have no problem using or recommending them at all.

I ordered a small piece of shuttering plywood to complete the installation of a dishwasher from Builders Marketplace (they use the buildersmerchant email address). I was initially disappointed with the quality of the piece received, but they instantly offered to replace it, at no extra cost. I was impressed with this level of customer service, which is in contrast to other reviews here. I would certainly use them again!

I bought a piece of Sundeala board from this company which they advertise as a pinboard and I wasn't happy with the product. It was smelly, shed a grey dust and was difficult to stick pins in. So horrible and not a lot of use. I have also tried to put a negative review on their website but they don't seem to want to publish it. Agree with other reviewers - avoid this company at all costs.

Shocking condition posts sent out unusable. Company just ignoring messages and pics now whatever you do do not use this company they are awful

I would like to give this company 0 stars if possible. Placed an order, it was showing as in stock. Had an email to say it was dispatched then one to say it's out of stock and would be another week. That's 3 weeks ago. No response to emails and no one answering the phone. I hope you read the reviews and STAY AWAY from this company.

Delivery took 12 days to arrive very damaged with totally insufficient packaging. I requested a delivery update after six days with no response. The customer service phone is never picked up and the emails never replied too. So my damaged goods were not refunded or replaced leaving me £150 out of pocket. Terrible company
