Rob gave me a very good price on a dormer shell, I got a few quotes and robs price and knowledge stood out. He was very fast getting the job complete within a few weeks. And the results are amazing everything looks flawless and has been completed to a very high standard. Robs a really friendly understanding bloke who will work around you and clearly takes pride in the work. He’s always In communication and I was fully aware of where we were at in the build and what had been done and why as well as this rob given me some advice on how to continue with my own building work once robs part was complete. Absolutely over the moon with the work couldn’t recommend him enough.

Rob was very professional, showed up on time and kept to the time scales he mentioned. Payment was easy and fully transparent. Work was done to a really good standard and very happy. Would recommend for abyone

I had a delux storage conversion done with Build it Rob, before it was a dark space I didn’t like to venture in and now it’s a lovely light room.
Rob and his team not only did an excellent job, but they were very profession and friendly as well, I’m very happy to recommend them.

Well, I must say that what a great human being and a true gentleman Rob is. He is extremely professional, polite and very helpful. He is master in his skills and poses a very in depth knowledge. He is very patient when it comes to a customer asking so many questions. I hired Rob to do my loft. He and his team did a very fantastic job. They finished the job as per his given time scale. Job was completed within 5 days. Every single day, he & his team was on time. He and his team made sure that while doing the job, they keep protecting my property and not to damage anything. I am extremely happy with the job from start to finish. I have no doubt in my mind hiring Rob again in future for anyother job. I can confidently say that I highly recommend Rob for any building work. I can assure you that you won't regret.

We had Rob convert our loft out earlier this year and it was easily the best decision we’ve made since buying our house back in 2021. The quality of work is excellent, Rob and the team did a brilliant job. We now use the loft as a home cinema / office space which has transformed how we use the house.

I’ve happily recommended him to other people and when we move home, i’ll be getting in touch with Rob for his help again!

Rob was exactly as he seems on youtube happy friendly very experienced with great knowledge of loft conversions, He was able to explain everything to me in great detail making sure i understood what he ment.
our loft conversion turned out perfect just as he has described to us, after 3 weeks of work we had not seen anything he had done then the loft hatch was cut out staircase was fitted and we was blown away.

Rob and team converted my loft in early 2024 and did an amazing job. Super professional, protected everything, worked like machines and the end result is perfect. I contacted him after watching his Youtubes because his work speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to recommend.

After watching Rob for many years on youtube i approached him for my loft conversion, after a few calls and emails a site visit was arranged he was on time polite and reassuring. He talked me through every aspect of the conversion explained how it would all work and gave me a schedule of works with plans drawings and an overall sense of professionalism.
If i ever buy another home he will be the first trade i call in, highly recommended.
