Company is a fraudulent scam. They will not ship your order nor will they ever respond to your followup requests. Do not use!!

Like many others on this page I was a long term customer and had made multiple orders over multiple years but my most recent order went unfulfilled over a month after placing it ( the promise next day shipping). I attempted to email and message their customer support but there was never any follow up or reply. I ended up having to have the order reversed on my credit card. Now it says you can order exclusively on Amazon. I don’t know what changes they have made but it seems like they have made a lot of unhappy customers. I will never order from them again

I've been ordering from them for 3 years now and only one previous issue that was resolved. I placed an order on March 1st 2024. On Mar 13th I sent an email asking where my order was. They replied saying that "I had cancelled my order and a refund had not been processed yet. Subsequent emails have yielded no response. Contacted the credit card company and they said because" I cancelled the order I needed to request a Refund Notification and review their T&C and prove that I'm entitled to a refund when I cancel an order! Well, their app no longer works and their website is just a notification (no menu options) stating ordering is solely done through Amazon now. No way of getting the T&Cs now. Gas lighting at its finest!

Just like the other reviews- I happily used this company for years, but suddenly my $300 order has gone unfulfilled and my emails unanswered since February. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs!

Made a purchase in February credit card was charged and the items were never shipped. They haven’t responded to any emails. They used to be a great company. Such a shame to see them go downhill. I won’t be ordering from the again.

I used to order regularly from this company and it was great. In 2023 their shipping was very inconsistent and I started using another company. Decided to try and order from them again in February 2024. Now it's March and I still haven't received my order and they're not replying to emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am filing a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Don't use this company!

I was a customer for years but this most recent order has been a HORRENDOUS experience. They delivered the wrong products and missing products - I reached out via email and social channels with zero response. Extremely disappointed in this company.

I have made a purchase on January 15, 2024, was charge on my credit card $73.00 and I have never received the order. I wrote to them many times, and never received any reply. DO NO PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Used Bulk BUllys.ca for years without issue. Something changed in past few months- consistent with other reviews I have seen on IG. Ordered in January- $100 order and no response from them despite reaching out via email, FB and IG. They charged my CC- when I logged back into account, all previous orders have been wiped. No record of years of orders including most recent one. THey disabled their chatbot and no communications in response (and no phone number to contact)

J'avais un statu d'envoie avec Poste-Canada, mais aucune mise à jour depuis...Aucune réponse sur les courriels envoyés où j'ai demandé un remboursement. Je vais maintenant communiquer avec ma carte de crédit pour un remboursement.

They will take your money and miss shipments and won’t refund. Avoid and do not buy from this vendor.

Previously ordered and while it took forever to ship I was overall satisfied. A friend never received her order and had to fight them for a refund. I should have heeded her warning because I made an order in November and it just…never shipped. I had no communication from them until they cancelled my order in January. Still no refund on my credit card so I’ll be doing a chargeback. Still haven’t had any communication from the company in the 4 months since I ordered.

Amazing quality and service. Occasional shipping delay but it was always communicated. My lab has loved Bulk Bullys chews now for years!

Shame on me. Had a problem with an order last year. Waited over 6 weeks for my order. Several emails sent saying they had changed ownership and were having some issues. Figured it was a legitimate reason and I did finally receive my order.

Placed another order on January 6th for $210. They promise same day shipping. This order is still “in processing”. I have sent 6 emails now and zero response.

I will never order from this company again and should never have given them a second chance.

After reading all the other reviews it seems to be a common trend. Im currently waiting on 2 orders one November.29,2023 and December.5,2023. Today is January 24,2024. Numerous emails were sent with two replies one stating they ran into shipping issues and another stating they were going to refund my purchase. If anything changes I will repost again. Still waiting

Ordered on November 27, 2023 and haven’t received the order or even an email. Sent an email on January 5 asking for an update and no reply. Sent an email January 12 asking for a refund and nothing. They were a good company at first but can’t say that anymore. I’ll never order from there again.

SCAMMER ALERT. Like everyone else and the exact same reply from the scammer, I too received nothing but empty promises. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could give a zero stars rating I would. In August 2023 I ordered from bulk bullys and set up a monthly autoship. No order was received.
One month later I still had eceived nothing. I sent multiple messages and emails with no response. Them they billed me for September autoship but still did not send any of the orders. I asked for the money to be refunded and the monthly auto ship to be cancelled. They send notices that the ups label has been made but product not shipped. They do not respond to emails or msgs on their site.
I finally got refunded for these orders on October but now I see they've started billing me for auto shop again and sending no product after I very clearly cancelled all further auto ship orders.
I'll have to contact my cc company to deal with this and report them as a fraudulent company.
After reading all of these reviews I see that it's a scam company. I had originally ordered from them a few times approx 2 yrs ago and didn't have any issues. I'm not sure what has changed. Do not order from this company.

Order not received, no reply to inquiries by email or chat, (No phone number available) ... Now going to Visa to try to get my money back !
