The process of locating a company to purchase a warehouse label printer was very frustrating until I found Bulkdevices.com! They answered all my questions and followed up promptly on all my requests, both before and after my purchase. I was fortunate enough to have Jennifer Smith as my point of contact. She is a pleasure to work with and there's no doubt that she will be the first person I contact for my next label printer purchase.

Travis was very helpful and provided me with working units that were hard to find. (Optiplex380), besides how helpful he was, he would make sure to reach-out and to help troubleshoot the product incase we ran into any issues.

Ordering was easy and Jennifer guided the delivery process smoothly and was kind enough to follow-up, but the printer ordered came with only one old, unusable cartridge and even when new cartridges were obtained, I had the run the printer through about six cleaning processes before it would print anything correctly. That should have been done before delivery, but I do now have another printer just like the one I lost in a house fire and was no longer available elsewhere.

Placed an order for a scanner on Oct 20th. They initially sent the wrong unit and gave me a run-around to get the return label processed. They then said they could send the right unit, but that I wouldn't have a power cable to go with it and asked if I could just cancel the order. They said there would be a 20% charge. I then said go ahead and ship their original unit, and it has still been in transit for the last three weeks. Its Dec.8th and still no update in tracking. Seeing as the tracking is not updated, and I don't know when I'm going to receive it, I asked if I could cancel the order again because it's been almost two months. He said since it's in transit, there's no way we can cancel the order. This place is disorganized and is making me suffer their mistakes. I understand that people make mistakes, but don't hold me hostage to their poor organization.

Bradley made sure scanners I ordered were received promptly. One of the scanners had issue when I received it. He followed up and had it replaced right away. Upon running into not able to find installation software on my own, he was able to research, find it and send me the link to down load it. Would definately buy from Bradley and his team at bulk devices again. Thanks Vee

We were in need of a specific printer for an application at our office. Bulk Devices had exactly what we needed. We placed an order and it was shipped quickly. Upon receiving the product Bulk Devices did check back with us to make sure everything was as expected. We will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

Ordering process was simple. They tested the items before they shipped and one of the items did not pass. They made it right by sourcing from another warehouse and making sure it arrived on time. Communication was great. I worked with Alex and he made sure to keep me informed along the way. Will definitely use this vendor again!
