I bought your shaving gel from sainsburys &was very disappointed, it did not produce a nice lather like other gels I've used,I had to use a shaving foam I have to finish my shave.

Bon comme disent beaucoup d’avis, c’est du vol j’ai commandé pour à peu près 30 euros 7 jours après aucunes nouvelles et SAV ne répondent pas, à éviter ça m’apprendra à ne pas lire les avis, ARNAQUE !!!!

Bad customer service, products Ok wouldn't by anything from this company online ever again.

An absolute shambles. Over priced , no customer service whatsoever. Bulldog is truly a disorganised business with no respect for its customers.
Placed order 25th August nothing as of 8th September. I sent 3 e mails , not one was responded to.
Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns !

Order a couple of products in June, have sent multi emails stating I haven’t received them and they have they have the nerve to send emails saying it I has been a while since your last order. They don’t seem to realise that if you don’t receive you’re not going to reorder.

This company sucks. They had my brother's address for the shipping address, even though I'd been buying products from them for a while, and wouldn't change the shipping even though I notified them right away of the mistake. Mediocre products to begin with.

AWFUL customer service. I’ve tried to get into contact with them multiple times to discuss an issue with a product I’d ordered and they never got back to me.

I’ve been a customer of Bulldog Skincare, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I ordered multiple facewash. It wasn't exactly what I expected and immediately requested a return and followed all the proper steps.

I returned the item on 21st March 2025 and provided proof of posting. It is now nearly a month later, and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and even sending screenshots to highlight how difficult it is to reach customer support through their website, I’ve received no resolution.

Instead of a helpful response, I was stuck in a loop of automated AI replies that never addressed the issue properly. I had to resend the same message multiple times and cc various emails just to try and get someone to notice.

This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on being customer-friendly and straightforward. A refund should not take this long, and communication should be clear and human when a customer has gone out of their way to return an item properly.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Bulldog Skincare. If you care about reliable service and easy returns, you may want to reconsider before ordering.

J'ai passé une commande de 4 produits (gel douche etc.) le 1er février 2025 pour 31,70€ au total.

Le 07 février 2025, je refuse la livraison au motif que le colis était mouillé du fait que les produits ont explosé pendant la livraison.

Depuis le 07 février 2025, j'ai adressé 5 mails à Bulldog Skincare depuis la rubrique "Mon compte".

À ce jour, le 19 mars 2025, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse !

Donc, près de deux mois après ma commande, je n'ai ni produits ni réponses à mes mails.

À mon avis, mes 31,70€ sont perdus.

Je vous recommande donc de ne jamais commander sur ce site.

Purchased Bulldog Cedarwood and Tonka Bean shower gel from Tesco. The smell is awful, smells like damp plaster drying.

Its been nearly 10 days and they haven't shipped my order and there is not an easy way to get in contact with them.

Al round great products the moisturizer smells nice and most importantly the Mrs thinks so and the razors last a good few rounds and are a good price.
Will be sticking with bulldog products as long as they keep it up.

I like the products but put an order in december, over 2 months later still nothing received. When I track the delivery, items never left the company...
Tried to contact in order to cancel, no answer except by a cheap Artificial Intelligence.
I hope either to get my money back or (I am probably dreaming) receive the product.
Not so sure the site is legitimate...

Comme pour beaucoup d'après les commentaires, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande passée en décembre dernier et je n'arrive pas à les joindre pour un remboursement.
Ne vous faites pas avoir, ce site est une arnaque !!!

Commande du 28/12/24 jamais reçue,aucun suivi de livraison numéro donné invalide…Ce site est une grosse arnaque j’espère être un jour remboursé de mes 43 euros de commande

Aucune nouvelle de ma commande passée le 13 décembre 2024 pour un cadeau de Noël
