Unresponsive company, but made it right
I placed an order and wrote to them asking on lead times for my order so I can have an expectation on shipping time etc. 4 days went by no response. I called and the phone line message said no staff to answer the phone and to send an email. I sent an email and no response. I paid a couple hundred dollars for a product I may not receive.
UPDATE:
after the response from the company, the item did indeed ship the next day. I received the item today and I am impressed with the quality. The polo shirt fits great! The light armor option exceeded my expectations, you can't even tell it has ballistic panels and the shirt looks like a normal polo you would never know what it really was.

Hi Joel. We are at a one week lead time for most items. Your order was completed and sent to fulfillment yesterday, you should have tracking via UPS tomorrow around 4PM PST. We lost both of our customer service people this last week so responses right now are slow, especially with how many orders we are getting due to the current global issues. We should have things back up to speed very soon

Top notch customer service. I ordered a number of different items that I decided were too heavy and wanted to exchange my order for a whole set of new items. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, I had a whole new order of lighter panel armor in hand within 48 hours. They always pick up the phone when you call and respond to email within 24 hours (although usually same day).

Ordered a sweater on 1/1/22
Ordered a sweater on 1/1/22, tracking said I would receive the sweater on 1/13/22. Looked at the tracking on 1/13/22 and it was delayed until 1/14/22 today. Looked at the tracking today and what do you know, it was delayed again until Monday 1/17/22. Called the company and their excuse was it is because of the weather. The weather? My package is in Sylmar California, I cancelled the order. I also ordered a similar item from Alberta, Canada on 1/1/22, it arrived 4 days later. I am beginning to think this is a scam because the girl I talked to didn't seem to care when I cancelled my order and said she would refund my credit card when she got her product back from UPS. The weather might delay my refund for a couple of months lol.

Hi Jerry. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure how this is our fault. We don't control UPS, that tracking information or delay has nothing do with our side. It was dispatched on time as the tracking shows. Cancelling an order that is in transit is never guaranteed. Refunds and returns are not an issue, but it would be best to wait for it to arrive at either of our destinations first.

Hello! You purchased our most heavy weight armor and that jacket is a winter insulated piece of clothing. The armor will become dramatically less visible with break-in, but if you need something light and thin, we have several better options. Give us a call! We can get you something else.

This jacket seems ok but the material for the hoodie part of it is terrible. I have had this jacket less than 3 months and it is shredding inside the hoodie. I have not washed it so that is not the reason.

Hi Osiel, I'm sorry but that isn't what the vest is for. It has a specific purpose and that is stopping handgun bullets from passing through, while also mitigating the force felt by those tiny rounds. It is a soft armor for high velocity projectiles, not making you a punching bag.

NO update on my order
11/22/2021 (4:02PM CST)- Its been exactly 8 days since I've ordered and gotten no status update what so ever. I've called (about 3 times), emailed (about 2), and submitted a form (once) to no avail, which is very frustrating because this is a gift for someone I love and I know he would enjoy this.
I really want this product. I love to support American owned businesses but the customer service from this company needs a lot of work. Also please consider updating estimated shipping times on the website its very vague. This is a good amount of money I spent and quite frankly would like to know the status of the product. Hopefully some one will get back to me soon so I can update this to have a positive ending

I'm not sure what the issue is, but your name comes up on a list of spam email accounts and none of them have gone through. The IIIA items have a ten day lead time at the moment. That number used to be on a generator that would automatically update next to the price, but our site host has broken that function. We're hoping to have it fixed this week.
Your order is due to ship this coming Wednesday and you will receive tracking automatically via UPS when it goes out. I've added your name to the safe senders list, but if you can't get us on email, facebook and instagram are both very quick on response time.

Great product. Does what it says. Don’t know if they will ever market one that is truly comfortable to wear though. Wish the extra t-shirt carriers weren’t so expensive.

John, the IIIA item you ordered has a one week lead time and it has only been six days. We also sent you an email on November 10th the day that you ordered to confirm your shipping address. The billing address is in the ********* and you misspelled the city in Oregon you are delivering to, with a very odd name as the recipient that doesn't seem to answer when we called.
