I was not specific about my measurements using only suggested “L” for directions. When I got the jacket, it was entirely too large in the waist. I called and explained the situation. Although it was my fault, they took my true measurements and reshaped the jacket at no one xtra charge other than shipping. They are good people who will work with you. Strongly recommend them.

Hi Darionna. What exactly do you mean? The IIIA armor in your Sherpa will stop almost every single handgun caliber as well as shotgun threats. It also has pretty substantial coverage.
It works for my needs
The vest is good so far I’m just wishing I could put side plates on when I was ready for the model I purchased

Horrible fitment, and poor customer support.
I liked the look of the gear at first glance, and the overall feel. Unfortunately its blatantly obvious the pads are there. They stick out like a sore thumb while wearing rendering the 400+dollar investment completely useless as a concealed bullet proof system. If I had known this before purchase I would have invested in a standard plate carrier.. p.s. I emailed this company twice as requested. I even called and left voicemail. And so far no response from anyone..

Hi Chris. In the last year the jacket has improved tremendously, especially the IIIA armor. Fitment is still very important, but the new armor is substantially thinner and far less noticeable. If you haven't worn it much, let's work out an exchange. Send us an email and we'll get it going.

Hi John. You're right, it shouldn't have taken three weeks. We apologize. However, the IIIA ultralight is in unexpectedly high demand. So much so we have had to take it off the website until probably mid-September. If you need anything in the future, we'll hook you up!
Great Quality product
Great Quality product. As described and with excellent customer service. I would recommend to all my Conservative Friends. ; )

Good product but….
Good product , good company. Design could be a bit better. Hard to sit down or reach firearm. Should have slits ear the hip and waist with snap, Velcro, or zipper that opens the sides so to sit and reach a pistol , flashlight or other important equipment.

I had purchased a hoody as gift for my father's birthday. Ordered about six weeks ahead of time. Ended up not getting it until about a month after his birthday. The hoody fits, it comfortable, and looks like good quality.

Hi Dan! The pullover items are front and back only. The zip-up items however do have protection on the sides. We are dreaming up a pullover with side protection now, but it won't be ready for another couple months. The existing panels will swap over when it does come out, so we can probably do something for you in the future.
SIZES RUN CONSIDERABLY OVER!!
Brilliant concept!! However, when they say sizes run large? THEY’RE NOT KIDDING!! My order of X-LARGE runs more like 2X-LARGE-PLUS, making it unusable. So it gathers dust in my closet until I figure out what to do with it…
