Hi Francesco. Your tracking says it was delivered to Italy over six months ago and as far as I can tell, I don't have any emails from you or the person in Germany who purchased it. I just sent the purchaser and UPS an email to see if there is additional information. If you can, send him an email and CC us on it.

Light cancelable. For the most part. Not bad. Good value. Although I haven't had to test it... :-)

Excellent Hoodia
Excellent Hoodia, I will order some shirts next but II've got to make sure I understand the size chart better. Fit is critical for this equipment.

I love the idea
I love the idea. The product is very well made. Customer service is great. My only issue is the way the jacket fits. It’s a bit stiff and makes me look …..overweight.

Hi Mike! The jackets have gotten a lot better since you ordered last year, but the sizing being accurate is super important for the fit and feel as well. Shoot as an email, our new armor is substantially better.

Works well of good quality
It has worked so far it was a bit stiff but that left after a few weeks of wearing it. I am overly pleased with the purchase

The jacket was way too stiff and bulky
The jacket was way too stiff and bulky. The ad makes it look like a casual windbreaker, but you will stand out like a sore thumb wearing it, and it can't be worn open casual either.

Thank you for your feedback! The clothing has improved a lot since you ordered last year, especially our IIIA. As always the fit and sizing is incredibly important, but the new armor is much thinner and more flexible. Send us an email, we can probably work out an exchange even this far out.

Fabric of the hoody is good
Fabric of the hoody is good. The only thing missing the support to hang it with panels.

Would recommend there products I bought the urban for my sons and myself. We work security on the weekends at some really rough night clubs. I plan on buying more in the near future friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Hope not to test it
The hoodie is nice quality material. It feels nice to wear. The outline of the Kevlar is only slightly noticeable if your looking. The sizes do run a little small IMO.

Works great
Works great, I just wish there was an elastic band around the chest to hold the panels in tighter when sitting down

Not expensive compared to others
Not expensive compared to others. Products look ordinary and can be worn everyday. I had joined their indiegogo program first.
