There's no notifications letting the user know the connection status. Not in Android (notifcation bar), and not in Windows (task tray). To find out, you need to either open the app or open up a browser that tells you your IP (and see if it's different than what it actually is). Also, on windows startup, you have to manually launch the program, login, then connect. The "automatically connect" feature only works AFTER you login in after opening the program. Talk about all the pros you want, but until these basic things that are standard in any other VPN I've tried get fixed, I would NOT recommend BulletVPN at all.

Update 2/24/2020: Well, it's been a few weeks and still no updates. Still the same issues. Almost half a year and no updates for Android. I'll change my review again if/when there's an update.

Very fast vpn server, quality feel on web surfing and steaming.

The BulletVPN support is far from excellent. The are SUPERIOR! Stuck with me for days & nights to help resolve the issue of the VPN not connecting to any servers on my FireTV stick.
Now that is what I call "customer service."

I've subscribed to the service for a few days but it's already clear that BulletVPN offers excellent services and many compatible devices. So, I can't wait to test the VPN with all its features! So far, everything works fine! Great customer support that quickly answers questions.

Online reviews are mostly fake. Tried this VPN for being away on travel most of the time. Streaming home shows makes the distance bearable. Great customer service, always helpful and fast. I can’t recommend Bullet enough.

Excellent support..resolved my issue in minutes

3. Good amount of servers.
4. Kill switch is not enabled by default, would recommend enabled setting.
5. Hope Browser extension will be there soon.

This is the only VPN that I tried that does actually support Netflix and BBC Iplayer. That is the USA version of Netflix. I have tried various other VPNs as well. ExpressVPN works with USA netflix as well, but the price is higher. I have only been using BulletVPN for a month now, but so far so good.

Fast replies to your questions and problems! Replies are one day or less. And, 99% of the time, the first suggestion they have for you will fix the problem. I've been using them as my VPN service for several years now and won't use another!

Every time I email BulletVPN with a problem, slight or otherwise, they reply very quickly, ie, a day. Their customer service is second to none. Recommended.

Needed a VPN . Installed it easy had a couple questions and they were answered promptly. Its a great service. I love knowing no one can see my IP. Ask about the tools to check your VPN. They work great also.
