We noticed we haven’t had any direct contact from you, so we were surprised to see the 1-star review. This doesn’t seem like a genuine experience, and it’s really disappointing.
As mentioned in the updates on our site, we’re currently going through some exciting changes, including new systems, a new website, and upgrades to our vaults. Because of this, all deliveries are scheduled to be dispatched on 31st August. For the slight delay, we’re also offering 5% off all orders.
