Bullionhouse Reviews

I found Bullion House via a Google search, called and made an appointment to see the Sales advisor Jonathan. Lovely office, great advice and very competitive pricing for the Gold coins that I wished to sell given by Johnathan.
I highly recommend Bullion House service was top notch and agreed sale price was transferred into my account in seconds.
I intend to use them in the future to purchase Gold coins as well

Excellent valuation, honest and trustworthy, certainly use again. Thank you

In my experience selling silver bullion at spot price has been a failed mission but not at Bullion House. Called to enquire what price they would buy 10oz of my silver and Jonathan offered spot price to which I was more than greatfull compared to most other businesses who want to offer scrap price.
I highly recommend Bullion House as they are highly professional and are not out to rob people of there valuable bullion.
If anyone wants to sell or buy their gold or silver 100% go to Bullion House and ask for Jonathan, he is professional, polite and respectful and more importantly will offer the price which is deserved.
I will definitely be doing more business with Bullion House.

I was walked through every step of selling and it was made very easy.
I was satisfied with the care taken to make the best decision and the final price was good.
I would go back to bullion house next time.

Jonathan at Bullion House was very professional and friendly he made the process of selling some coins a great experience. I was very pleased and surprised how quickly the transferred of funds took.
Excellent service!

We had a few pieces of gold jewellery to sell. Had previously taken them to a local jewellers who gave us a price for all as scrap gold. Had the opportunity to meet Richard who gave us a valuation based on the half and full sovereigns within the jewellery plus the value of the gold. Total price offered was way over our first valuation so we decided to sell to Richard. Excellent service, will definitely recommend to family and friends

No pressure and pleasant manner.

Friendly and helpful and a good price for the gold that he bought from me.

I had some silver coins passed down from my father. I had a good offer from bullion house to purchase them. The building is very nice and Jonathan was super helpful. The coins when tested in the silver machine weren’t quite fully passing the test. So Jonathon offered testing them over night on their larger machine. I was a bit worried about this , but jonathon gave me receipts and reminded me that it’s completely optional to leave them over night. Long story short they ended up passing the overnight test with flying colours and I got paid the next day :) , thanks Jonathan!

Excellent prompt customer service with matching expertise, genuineness and professionalism. No query or question is too difficult, open honest on the level discussions, no pressure…

Friendly and very easy to deal with will buy more

A very friendly and personal service.

I can absolutely recommend Bullion House.

I had a fantastic experience with Bullion House. Some time ago, I purchased both gold and silver through them and chose to keep it securely in their deposit service. From start to finish, their professionalism, transparency, and customer care have been outstanding. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I’ve had complete peace of mind knowing my bullion is stored safely with them. I highly recommend Bullion House to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable company for gold and silver purchases and secure storage.

Very good deals, friendly staff who know the trade. A great experience glad I made a good investment.

I am a new buyer of gold so had some hesitancies starting my gold building journey. However, Liam quickly put my mind at ease and provided me with tonnes of helpful information and guidance about the world of gold investment. Following our initial meeting, he was very responsive but kept me informed the entire way.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Bullion House no matter how experienced you are.

This was my first experience purchasing a gold coin, and the staff was friendly and informative. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable."

Always fantastic service. I have been buying off Bullion House for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else

Bullion House is my trusted coin dealer!

I’ve been investing in gold for the past five years, but I’ve never received such outstanding service as the one provided by Jordan and Liam.

I’ve had both in-store and online purchase experiences, and in each case, I was well looked after. Jordan and Liam kept me informed every step of the way throughout the online order process.

Whether you’re an experienced collector or just starting out, I would highly recommend Bullion House.
