Easy to navigate. Good quality items and quick delivery

I have ordered from Bullyion previously and both times it was a nice quick delivery.

But… i have emailed the company twice since receiving my latest order (due to wanting to exchange the harness) and am still yet to receive a response from them.

I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me!

I ordered the xl lead and collar bundle and received 2 collars in size small and medium told the company they said they would send replacement been 2 weeks and I’ve lost my money now(would give 0 stars if it let me)

Collar amd leash are amazing quality but had abit of a mess up where they forgot to send the lead but i emailed them and they sorted it straight away!

I ordered a 4cm collar and they sent me a 5cm collar.

I can see from other reviews that this isn't the first time they've sent a different collar width / size out due to stock issues.

Perhaps updating your website when things are out of stock would be good. Perhaps it would also be good if you didn't assume people want something completely different than they ordered.

Example being, If I order a medium T shirt and a large arrives, is that okay, even if they are the same design? No, it's not. So, why is it acceptable here to be palmed off with something other than ordered.

To make matters worse, I have emailed them three times, and a week has gone by with no reply about how we can rectify this situation. Really poor customer service.

Still not received my order what is going on with these people they don’t even answer there email

Product ordered on the 3rd of May and still not delivered on 14th of may and courier doesn’t know the whereabouts of my parcel even though they have sent me an email that my parcel was delivered 4 days ago very very poor service indeed

Absolutely banging product! (Blue Trinity dog Harness)

I have an XL bully so it is absolutely vital that my dog cannot escape as he would be treated as a threat and probably killed. It is for this reason I needed QUALITY, ad that is exactly what I got! I have used Bully Billows and Hunter Hounds, they were okay but I won't be going back - the actual harnesses are very similar, the difference being this is made with much more impenetrable, it's got very tough body (minimalistic but very heavy duty(, Metal clips (Bully Billows downgraded on some of the harnesses, this brand is definitely more expensive but worth every penny! Will switch everything over when the other stuff gets tatty, very impressed so far!

I was not informed from the outset that the collar is ordered was out of stock. Instead, the company took my money and then sent me what they thought would be an appropriate substitute. When I contacted Bullyion, they apologised and said I'd have to send the wrong item back before I would receive my refund.
Really poor customer service, and I will not purchase from the company in the future.

Really disappointed with my experience with this company.

I ordered a collar with embroidery, and unfortunately the quality of the finished product was well below what I would consider acceptable. The embroidery looked poorly done and not up to a reasonable standard.

When I contacted them, they pointed to their “no returns on embroidery” policy and refused to offer a proper resolution. While they did offer to refund the £8.99 embroidery fee as a “gesture of goodwill,” they would not take responsibility for the overall quality of the item itself.

I completely understand that personalised items can’t usually be returned for preference reasons—but that shouldn’t apply when the product is clearly substandard. A policy shouldn’t be used to avoid responsibility for poor workmanship.

Overall, very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on how this issue was handled.

Looking for a great harness for my dog who is quite big and strong, found Bullyion online and all the reviews and pictures were great. I got a harness for him which is made special for mastiff dogs and other larger breeds. My dogs loves it and is comfortable in it and knows when he sees it that it's walking time.

Fantastic customer service & Communication is outstanding.
I accidentally requested engraving on the collar (my bad), but received an email explaining that they only do embroidery.
Shipping was on time.
Collar fits & looks great, as does lead.
Fantastic quality collar & lead is very comfortable in hand.
I won't be buying anywhere else for these again.

After some shocking customer service from a so called competitor! I found Bullyion great. Excellent quality product, reasonable price and quick delivery. New user so can’t comment on product longevity
