Hi there I am sorry you are disappointed. It clearly stated that the swaddle was free 'whilst stocks last'. We did not have to give you an alternative free gift; but we did out of the kindness of our hearts. You also received free postage and all your goods at a significant closing down discount of 40%. The print you received is accurate to the imagery on the site, and the designer of this artwork is well renowned and prestigious, why don't you look her up? Thanks for your generosity at this happy time for us. All the best to you xx
Amazing

Thank you for your feedback and drawing that to our attention. We can see that you paid postage on the order under £20 but as we sent both items together and they were over £50 we have now refunded the £2.95 postage so your delivery charges are entirely free. We hope that resolves your problem satisfactorily. Enjoy your lovely new bag and hope to see you back again soon :)
